Staff are super helpful and very friendly. It has become so organised since the last time I was in there. It's been quite a while and I was very impressed with how much it changed and for the better.

Excellent selection of automotive and hardware items that you would not normally find in the big box stores. Friendly and knowledgeable service staff.

Didn't have what we were looking for, but one of the reps was very helpful in finding where it was and taking our info to contact us when it came in off the truck. Great service.

This store is hugeandwel stocked. Add in the friendly helpful staff and it is a great experience

I had my best buy today after shopping around for same product without good results. I'm so happy and thanks to the staff who helped me to make the right decision on the pressure bottle for a car wash, now I feel like I've opened a car wash business lol

I love the products however customer service comes second. Bought a griddle marked down from $39 to $ 29 on Saturday after checking it through thought my bill was high. Checked receipt and was charged full price the guy on the cash register said that price doesn’t start till Tuesday, even though the shelf was tagged with sale price: Tells me I have to join the line at customer service to get my refund. Line up and find out the guy in front of me is lining up for the same issue. Lady on the counter tells me they put up the sales price ahead of the sale to “ get ahead of it” not sure what that means. She tells me this is to my benefit as I get the the sales price now if I line up and get a refund now. Also tells me I don’t have to come back to the store and buy it on sale next week. I explain to her I wouldn’t be making another trip for it next week and it was not fair to make me pay full price when I was expecting to pay sales price and that if I didn’t check my receipt I wouldn’t have know about the overcharge. Told her I didn’t blame her I blame whoever told the staff to put the sales price on the products 4 days before the sale. The logic of this seemed to escape her. Evidently they mark things down all the time ahead of the sale as it makes it easier for them regardless of the impact on the customers wallet or time. This is putting the company ahead of the customer and it is likely illegal as well as irritating. Putting up a sales price when they know if will not be in effect for 4 days and knowing customers will be overcharged is just bad business not why I expect to see in 2023.

What's not to love about a store that carries all kinds of mechanical equipment & gadgets! Great store! Which is why instead of Princess Auto I call it,
"The Man Cave Warehouse"

It's hard to visit this store without buying something - and even harder not to buy something else you didn't know you needed! It happens every time

I love.princess auto, but these dinosaurs you call staff need to retired.
I walked in to buy an item and stood there for 30+ minutes and got nothing but attitude from the old lady that couldn't be bothered to do her job after dangling her heels threw the store looking on shelves for the item when I told her I already looked everywhere.
Than the old lady at the cash missed scanning 2 of my items so I walked out with them, this location needs a serious evalution or to just shut down all togther!
