Claimed no one was home when I was there. Driver never even came out my way. Now I'm expected to drive an hour to pick up my parcel. Absolutely useless company

Yet another story about how no delivery attempt was made. I had thought maybe they left the notice at the wrong door but after seeing all the reviews here where they just don't do their job and say they've tried. Out of the 3 times I've had something shipping by them I've only gotten it once at my house the other two I am stuck going out of the way to get it. There is a clear reason why this company has such an awful reputation in Saint John and nobody has anything good to say about them. I am placing an order soon for shelves, I just hope it isn't Purolator sending them since based on what I've read here they seem incapable of the simple task of having two drivers. I'll probably get some response from some social media manager prattling on about how they are sorry but if they really were, change would have happened by now.

Still have the same issues, I left a note on the door, and no notice from what I can see but they say they tried

Purolator was great, I had marked on my delivery instructions to leave on the back porch, which the did. Most companies ignore this and I either have to pick it up or come home to my package missing.

Worse purolator service ever. It's been over 3-4 months that my orders comes home 3 days later then the expectation. Always says rescheduling and never show a new delivery date. Its always super quick from Toronto to Moncton, then next days its sending to Saint-John but then it stock there for 2 to 3 days during the week. Can someone explain that to me? ! We pay to have it ship express!

I had an attempted delivery on a Friday at 14h17. Nobody was home. The package will not be available for pick up until Monday after 15h00,13km away. I thought delivery services were supposed to expedite delivery. In this example the service delayed delivery for 3 days. Not only could the parcel have been made available the next day, a Saturday, but now I have to wait until the afternoon on Monday. This is really poor service.

Incompetence, never received package at home. Always asked me to pick up by myself, and the customer service is also very useless and has a very bad attitude.

Picked up my packages without issue, though almost an hour after scheduled pickup. Hours at the depot are awful though and it is very out of the way so inconvenient to get to

I’m not sure what his name is but a driver that came to my house today in east Saint John around 12pm aug 11th to ship my work at home equipment for me is an awesome worker. In the past he has came to my house to ship it but I didn’t have the shipping label or barcode and he couldn’t take it, he then came to my house every single day for probably 2 weeks or more to see if I had the shipping label, a lot of those times he came I missed him because I was at work. But finally nordia was able to send the shipping label to me weeks later and he ended up coming again, he made sure those boxes got shipped. I just want to make sure he sees this review and I know he was just doing this job but he made sure this job was completed to the fullest and never gave up to get my boxes shipped lol, thank you so much

Absolute incompetence. Showed up when nobody was at home and left a note that self-pick-up is available the next morning. Blunt idiots it's a delivery company, not a self-pickup! You have to work with a client and at least call to check if someone is home.

It is next to impossible to talk to an agent now with any business with the new virtual assistant. Finally after being on hold for 20 minutes I spoke to someone. She handled the situation perfectly.

Why is Purolator the only delivery service who can not deliver to my address? They always say they attempted delivery but no attempt was made as I was home.

I have visited there office to drop my package. My experience was pretty good The lady who was at reception was really helpful and nice. She took my package and provided me with a receipt and tracking number. I really appreciate it

Absolute incompetence. Had a delivery scheduled for Saint John, New Brunswick. It ended up in Moncton, New Brunswick saying it would be delivered that day. Then it later updated to “delayed due to routing issue”, and tracking now showed it in Charlottetown, PEI…

The next day it showed up back in Moncton, New Brunswick. It said it would be delivered that day. I sat around all morning updating tracking, due to the parcel requiring signature. Eventually it updated to say “delayed, further instructions required for delivery”.

I called customer service and they said the driver couldn’t find the place. It’s a house in a subdivision, that easily shows on Google or any other mapping service. The delivery driver obviously didn’t even attempt to find the place.

So now I’m out 2 days of extra work, sitting at home awaiting a package I have to sign for, and still don’t have my package. I asked to just pick it up, and they said that the Centre would likely be closed before the driver even returns.

Beyond unacceptable delivery service. I would recommend everybody stay as far away from Purolator as possible. There are far better delivery companies available.

Further to this, I was told if the driver failed to return and complete the delivery doing his job, it would be at a delivery center. Customer service gave me the address and said it would be there after 5.

I drove 40 minutes from my house to do their job for them. On arrival, the package ended up not even being there! The lady working the counter then told me it was going to an unmanned delivery center.

The amount of time, gas, and lost wages sitting around waiting for the package has been unreal. After all that, purolator will not do anything to make it right and just give me my package. When I inquired how on earth my package ended up in the wrong province after it was already in New Brunswick, they informed me “this happens all the time, we have packages here meant for a totally different destination”. That is not supposed to happen. Obviously the systems in place within purolator to track and deliver your property are not sufficient.

Do not trust these incompetent people who have no regard for your property. Use FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post.

Purolator is by far the worst shipping company in New Brunswick if not elsewhere in Canada. Their is the second time in a couple of months that my package is stuck in delivery for days with the message that address correction required - resolution in progress and my address is correct and no other shipping company have had this issue with my address. I had to call them to let them know that I want to pick it up myself. @Purolator Correct your actions.

I will not use Purolator again, 6 days to deliver a package with a 1 day promise. They will not refund the debit card used to purchase service as it is over 100.00 and they will issue a cheque that could take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Spoke to several people and no one had the same story. Very disappointed in the service from this company

Pretty much the 4th time I've had to deal with delivery drivers unable to read or just be lazy. I have a note to call a certain number on my box as the buzzer does not work, and I've stated that on said note in the mailroom. The note was actually originally made FOR Purolator because they were so chronically bad at delivering things or leaving packages in the mail room when specified directly. When the buzzer did work I would say I'd be right down and they would just leave not even after a minute. I've never had so many issues with a delivery company besides BNI. Doesn't call just ignores the number given to them and sticks the notice over it lmao.

Very disappointed service, a notice put on the door without even knocking doors, had to take leave from office to collect document the following day from their location. Worst service in the whole city of Saint John. Inefficient Drivers and management team as well.

I was having issue with a delivery today and after reading the comments, I realized this is their normal.

We've been expecting an important package today, which was out for delivery all day. Got an email notification that says street number not found. It is a detached house, impossible to miss.

Finally had to make a request to hold it at their store and I will just go and pick it up when ready. Let's see how long that takes.
