Bought a Buick a few weeks back. Originally told it was a 2002, and later found out it was 2000. Was told it was in excellent condition for its age. Got back home to find out he didn’t give me the right papers to register or license. Had to make an hours trip back once he was able to get the documents days later. It started shaking, and making loud noises. Took it to my mechanic and lifted it. HUGE hole in the trunk underneath the lining. All the wear bearings are broken, and rusted out. Was told it wasn’t worth fixing with all the damage. Trusted the guy Bruce, as he said it would last me a few years… think he meant few weeks shady and unprofessional. How can you sell a car that is junk. Should be shamed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CROOK brought my car in for a new transmission, got it back now it’s permanently in 2 wheel drive no more AWD and my dash is lite up like a Christmas tree “Service stabilitrack” “Service ABS” “Check engine “ brought it back and tried to chat with him while he was in his tow truck on the side of the street, he argued all he did was change the transmission and that stuff wasn’t him …and he’s not responsible for it even saying I hope your not pointing fingers …. Then revs up and almost runs me over getting away …. So I went back to the shop and got my keys, this man and his un-qualified workers pretending to be a real garage after they soaked me for 5000$ after almost accidentally charging me 14,000.000 -_- then destroy my SUV then sayS it wasn’t their fault. 0-10 NEVER GO HERE THE RUMOURS ARE RIGHT THIS MAN IS AS SLIMY AS IT COMES AND REFUSED TO
CORRECT HIS DAMAGES and my SUV is worse off then when I brought it in, I tried to give him a second chance but his attitude and misdemeanour on the offensive and trying to run me over never ever again never ever again, also went out the next morning to my SUV sitting in a pile of transmission fluid …wasn’t even installed properly and cost me another few grand at another garage shop …DO NOT GO HERE!

He tried to say he never told me anything like i posted… told me to come see him face to face. “ dont be a keyboard warrior “
He told me that my mother was never told $7000.its 3000-4000…when i have this on the hoist it needs rear shocks and front links…. In all my years in this trade never had any of that vome to that much!

He also said that if i dont remove my review i will regret it… so i figured id update it!

Fighting mad now… Quality Auto Service & Sales was trusted to look moms van over for body work and tell me what it needed mechanical.she was devastated as my father had just passed June 8th.
He told her it needed over $7000 taking advantage of a widow…

Ball joints tie rods… transmission.
He said and i quote “ I wouldn’t put. 5cents in that van. The ball joint is ready to fall out” well Bruce… i just had it on the hoist agter the body work was done… i will put my redseal and 2 years salary on the line that says there isn’t anything near what you told her was wrong with that van.
The only reason it went here was i cannot put a sticker on it where i do fleet work.

After this i wouldnt take a lawn mower here!

I have been taking my vehicles to Quality Auto for at least 10 years and they have always treated me fairly. They do Great Quality work at a good price.

A stressful event using this outfit!

They were scheduled to come on a particular date, they called at last minute to re-schedule for following day.

They showed up next day a half hour early so I wasn't able to prep things.

Over priced! Rude! Foul language!

Prefers CASH (to line the pockets maybe?) so if you don't have it on hand you'll be told to follow him back to yard!
