Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

We stopped in to spend a night during our travels and it was pretty amazing on how we got to enjoy some luxury. Upon entering I was surprised by the cleanliness and brightness of the lobby. It was warm and welcoming. The staff was helpful and understanding. We had no problems checking in. Nor did we have problems locating our rooms. It was easy accesses to our rooms. Upon entering we found that it was spacious and comfortable. Well managed by housekeeping Staff and not at all stuffy. I had a comfortable sleep.

Wet comforter and sheets on the beds.asked for different bedding and was given more wet bedding.disgusting attitude by front desk staff when they just shrugged and said it was all they had

Had an amazing stay at the Quality Inn which is attatched to the Casino. Was out first stay and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite. This hotel is very clean, spacious, modern & like a small apartment. Had a great stay and will be back for sure.

These no shower mat which caused me to fall in the shower and broke my hand my knee ballooned like crazy. And waiting to x-ray my back.the fall caused me some serious muscle spasms and back ache

Amazing hotel. The staff is very friendly and everything in the hotel is very clean. The rooms, the breakfast, the pool are all really nice. An overall great place to stay!

This is probably the best hotels I've stayed at. The hot tub was cool the pool was the right temperature. I also enjoyed the game room.

Newer quiet rooms, no carpeting; the Family Suite was great with two kids! Small Games Room and pool a bonus. Close to a few fast food restaurants and gas. Highly recommended stop over near main highway.

Great hotel very accommodating, full team stayed for a hockey tournament. The night security guy named Mario Cyr let kids play minutes sticks in games room. Kids and parents both had a blast.

Beautiful room! Comfy beds. Walk in shower with heated floor. Separate toilet area from shower. Big tv, microwave, mini fridge. Lots of parking, easy check-in. Pet friendly (extra $25). Casino restaurant had take out food - delicious. Absolutely would stay again!

Amazing experience- right off the highway, staff was lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were phenomenal! Overall if this hotel works within your travels definitely stay.

Was still brand new so definitely good stay. Clean, pool was good for kids and the casino was a plus for the adults. Don’t recommend getting the voucher cause for the food and beverage there’s restrictions on getting for alcohol and the kitchen closes early-so get it if you’re there for lunch otherwise not for late night.

Everything I like about it. The location is very convenient to anything that we need. It's very clean, smells good as you enter the room. Staff are friendly. We will definitely choose to stay there again.

6th night stay on an east coast trip it was a 10 all around even parking for a big truck and trailer

Very nice and clean hotel with nice modern decor. It is pet friendly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located. Breakfast is delicious. Be aware that there is a casino that is connected to the hotel if it is an issue for you.

I only have one complaint and it ain't that bad.check the corner of the bed frame to make sure that its covered on bcs I got scratched on my leg twice.
I will go there again for sure next year

Rooms where great. Nice pool
Ac was a little noisy. But didn't bug me.
Also near highway so quick to get on the road again.
But a bit of traffic noise also not bad in my opinion.
Great hot breakfast everything you would want bagels eggs, hash browns, sausage, yogurt, Cereal. Orange juice apple juice.
Tea, coffee downstairs wasn't my favorite.
But Tim's is almost next door.

Had a great experience here. Had some unfortunate car trouble and the staff there was very helpful and kind. Clean modern rooms, hot breakfasts included and a convenient location close.to shopping.

We had an excellent stay at the Quality Inn in Edmundston. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated all of the EV level 2 chargers outside, which made our trip much easier being at full range in the morning. Half a star deducted due to a hot breakfast that wasn't replenished very well early in the morning (they were sold out and very busy!). We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night on our way to Nova Scotia from Ontario. This hotel is beautiful, conveniently located off the Trans Canada highway. Lots of amenities around. I definitely recommend and will be back as well. Maybe even on the return trip to Ontario

Great place for an overnight. Had to do without dinner as the restaurant at the casino next door closed down due to a thunderstorm.

Our first time at a Quality Inn. We arrived very late just after midnight. Our room was still available the night counter gentleman was fantastic. Breakfast the next was very good, better then expected, thanks. Will stay here again should the need arise.

Very nice, new, and clean. Room was perfect for 2 adults, baby, and a dog. Restaurants within walking distance. Very good breakfast.

La chambre était propre et les lits confortables. Je me suis levée très tôt et je suis allée en bas en attendant que ma famille se réveille. J'ai salué la femme qui travaillait là en lui disant "Bonjour" mais elle ne m'a pas répondu. Lorsque d'autres clients sont descendus et lui ont dit "Good morning" elle répondait très joyeusement en anglais. Je me suis dit que c'était parce qu'elle ne m'avait pas entendu. Par la suite je lui ai demandé une tasse pour le café qui est gratuit en bas. Elle a écouté ma question mais ne m'a pas parlé. Elle s'est a levée et est allée chercher des tasses. Elle les a placées sans me parler. J'ai senti un certain malaise. J'ai vraiment pensé, pour la première fois dans ma vie, que c'était parce que je parlais français. Je parle anglais alors j'aurais pu changer et parler en anglais mais elle ne m'a pas adressé la parole ni été acceuillante d'aucune façon toute l'heure que j'ai été assise en bas. J'étais un peu gênée et j'avais l'impression de la déranger. Dommage car le reste de mon séjour d'un soir était bien et la dame à notre arrivée était gentille. Mais mon mari lui avait parlé en anglais. Est-ce que le personnel est unilingue anglais à cet hôtel? Un peu choquant dans une ville ou 90% de la population est francophone. Mais j'espère me tromper et que ce n'était qu'une malchance. Peut-être que la dame qui travaillait de soir avait passé une mauvaise journée ou qu'elle était mal à l'aise de parler en français. Mais un sourire et un visage accueillant aurait aidé à me faire sentir bien. Le déjeuner était bien. J'ai adoré les bons cafés à l'accueil. C'est un bon hôtel.

Room, breakfast, staff and walkway to casino made it great. The hot tub in the pool area was disgusting and should be closed so it can be fully drained and properly cleaned. I was looking forward to a hot soak, but no way I'd even put a foot in it.

Location is excellent and the breakfast was good. Thought the quality of the rooms would be better for the price. Walkway to the casino is nice when it's raining and the casino restaurant was great.
