Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

We had stayed in this hotel six weeks earlier on our way to the east coast. The staff are friendly and although I can’t speak French they were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable

Don’t forget this place! I almost did! Stayed July 7 2023. Just one night but very memorable. Beautiful spot! Beautiful bridge scenery. Beautiful waterfront paths. Friendly staff and great rooms. Local pub attached with amazing food and staff there too! I’d stay longer here next time we travel east.

Clean, beautiful and newly renovated guest rooms since my last visit in 2018. Customer service is great as per expected in the maritimes. Beautiful views of Restigouche River and JC Van Horne Bridge to Quebec.

The rooms where very nice with a nice view of the river and bridge. The breakfast was of better quality than most hotel chains. But above all was the staff, and I mean all of them. No matter who I crossed, they'd stop and ask me how I was enjoying my stay, if I needed anything, how I liked the region etc. They really made me feel at home and like we all knew eachother for a long time.

I rarely give 5 star for a hotel but this is worth the thumbs up. The build and design are dated but it is clear and the best it can be. The breakfast was good, like diner quality and all staffs are friendly. Towels, soaps or laundry bag are just left on the table at the lobby for guests. There is 2 massive water tank for guest to refill their water bottles. I can't ask for anything more from a hotel I just stayed for 10 hours.

This place is nice and clean very well kept. The young lady at the front desk was very kind. It has hardwood floors no carpet very very clean.

We recently stayed here again and while the room was alright, it was on the side that faced the parking lot this time, so no nice view of the river. It was on the same side of the elevator, which was LOUD all night. There were no outlets near the bed, which made charging phones to use for an alarm a pain. At least the bed was comfortable.

Great hotel with nice rooms, super comfortable beds and the best pillows! Only stayed the one night but staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast is offered for your stay consisting of bagels, fruit, coffee and muffins. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in town

Tres bonne place lorsqu'on arrive a Nouveau-Brunswick. L'autre bord du pont, s'est la province de Québec. Tres beau hôtel pour le prix. De tres belles chambres ainsi que le confort. Le staff est vraiment tres cool. Ils parlent français & anglais.

On a eu de bonnes recommandations quoi faire dans le secteur. Pour une petite ville, accueillant, juste faite vite pour manger car tout fermea 23h.

Très propre et excellent service! Lit vraiment comfortable mais devrait avoir au moins une oreiller plus mince dans chaque chambre.

What a great experience at a hotel. As a person that has frequently stayed in hotels over the years for work I can honestly say this place is fantastic! From check in, a great clean renovated room, super comfortable bed, soft pillows that aren't too big and puffy. An actual hot breakfast free of charge, and pricing very affordable. I might say this place is the best hotel on my list so far, and I'm a Best Western Diamond Elite member, ssh.

Hospitality and attentive to the needs is amazing. I witness the reception work help an elderly woman with a cane by preparing her breakfast and bringing it to the table. I've been part of organizing a customer service training in the past and have to say this was exemplary, quality customer services.

Parking during the week is impossible, mall and office employees take spots close to building, this is not convenient for customers who leave the location with arms full of packages and have to make their way to the far corners of the parking lot.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and the location is excellent. The breakfast was so so, but overall a good value.

Amazing and friendly staff! Location is the best you can have. They have just revonated the hotel rooms. Really fresh and modern. Greatest guest experience!

Wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the lack of good customer service. Out of all the places I have traveled and the places I have stayed at, this is by far one that I hope to never stay at again. The room I was put in was behind the elevator and that’s all I could hear when trying to sleep as well as people being very loud when exiting the elevator. When I called the front desk to ask if I could change rooms they told me that the noise from the elevator would stop around 11: 00 PM and that there isn’t normally a lot of traffic after that time. I was then told that I would have to wait until morning for a new room. As someone who traveled a long distance to get to this location for work, I felt that there was a lack of curtesy and didn’t feel like I had been treated as a welcomed guest. Thank you for a sleepless night Quality Inn.
