Great location if you want to be within walking distance of the casino. Very friendly service and the breakfast was good. Only major con was that the TVs only have 13 channels. Was disappointed that you cannot get Sportsnet or TSN from your room.

This hotel is comfortable, clean and staff are friendly. The location is good especially if you plan to visit the casino. Shopping is close by as is Magnetic hill. I have stayed here twice and both times found it quite loud. People running up and down the hallway, laughing, screaming, slamming doors went on for hours until 11 pm then all was quiet. Smoke tends to make its way in the room from smokers gathered outside - not just tobacco being smoked. I don't plan on staying at this location again.

Only location and staffs are above average rating. The room is spacious but dated. Not like the photos. The peeling sofa. The bathroom doors are close to your bed edge when you open them. Just came back.

We reserved 2 weeks in advance we get there the spa and pool is not available plus NO HOT WATER (never got a heads up) Management not helpful at all. Could not even give us a number to get a refund. Poor and LAZY service.

Id give six stars if i could.our receptionist Tommy, explained all of the facilities and amenities and was exceptional.the room was clean and the room washrooms were very clean and new, almost as it was brand new.

SCAM ALERT
Stayed at Quality inn June 15 2022, the room itself was ok but the next day I found that an extra 250 dollars had been billed to my credit card. The reason that I was given was that we had smoked in the room. (we had not) They told me that they had evidence and sent me two close up pictures of empty smoke packs and butts, No picture of the room to show which room these pictures were taken in.
I don't know if this is a chainwide scam or just this location.
If you want to be called a Liar and charged an extra $250 for your room then this is the hotel for you!

Staff very nice, free breakfast has lots of choices. Internet not great and the pool was broken. However the rooms are fresh and clean.

Room was a little small. Bathroom grout could use a good cleaning.

Staff were quite friendly and easy to deal with. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff were friendly, rooms were dated. One of the beds was broken, and the radiator sounded like a chainsaw every time it turned on. Pretty rough sleep.

An Enjoyable Stay
We booked 2 rooms during our Maritimes trip few summer ago (Aug 2019). Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. We were allowed to use their luggage trolleys to retrieve our stuff from bit far since most parking was full. Great staff. Highly recommend this place which is near the Magnetic attraction park (within walking distance).

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, however the bathroom door doesn't lock and we had no hot water. The staff blamed it on a girls sports team staying there, but we waited an extra hour and a half for it to warm back up so that we could have an actual shower before hitting the road to attend business meetings, but the water stayed ice cold.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. We stopped during a snow storm and had no problem getting a room. Staff was very informative. Room was clean and tidy, motel was the same. Parking was a little tight with a trailer with all this snow but that's understandable. We would recommend and come back for sure.

A decent two night stay in a basic hotel. The room was sufficient for my needs. I had an issue with a clogged bathtub and sink the first night. I told the staff the next morning and they fixed it by the time I returned from the day. The bagged breakfast was ok: muffin, yogurt, apple. The self laundry was a big help

This Quality Inn canceled us on the day of check in. We found out through an email via expedia which was sent at 5pm. After arriving at Moncton (7pm) from a long day drive from Quebec city, I opened my inbox while having dinner at a local restaurant and saw the email. I called Expedia but was not patched through to an agent, so I called Quality Inn directly. I was informed that there was a government issued covid restriction that prevented me to stay at this hotel. I was in shock, so I asked a bunch of questions about the general situation and was basically offered no helpful information, no alternative option, no reason for such a late cancelation, but only an impatient tone. Seeing that the conversation was going no where I thanked the staff and hanged up. And our hearts sinked sitting at the local dinner, as far as the front desk staff indicated, no hotel in the province would accept us for the night. But luckily our waitress was sympathetic towards our situation and informed us that the area is not really in lock down, and the restriction that they mentioned was implemented on Friday at 6pm (2 days ago), so she doesn't know why they canceled on us now. Then suggested we should just try to call other hotels. And that's exactly what I did next, the first option I called had room and allowed us to stay! We were super relieved. I understand government rules are confusing and frustrating and ever changing during covid times. But the lack of explaination, compassion and sympathy from the quality Inn staff was beyond my belief. The whole ordeal was unnecessary stressful and painful, I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

The room said it had a kitchenette.um it had a fridge sink and microwave. Another hotel advertised the same and it has a stove top, huge fridge, living room. It also advertised hot breakfast, it had a sad cold bagged breakfast. The hot tub was beyond hotter then normal, jets barely worked. Pool is small and it's super hot in that area. It needs an upgrade

I had to stay here with my grandkids and daughter until we could find them a place to stay. It was clean and the kitchenette we rented was reasonably priced. Staff was great and covid clean! Highly recommended!

My daughter was having her 13th bday. Since there is an apocalypse happening. We were just having a family event. The quality Inn upgraded our room and gave my daughters a treat bag when we checked in. They went above and beyond!

Had to change room floor was dirty and the second one was worst had to get a refund and leave worst hotel i went to in years woman at front desk was really nice tho but hotel needs to be cleaned more than that

The rooms were small and not very clean. The top of the headboard was covered in dust and we found food on the floor! The pool was small and the hot tub wasn't warm and the Jets didn't work. The breakfast foods that were suppose to be hot were not and the hashbrowns were cold. We asked a cleaner for a bag but she couldn't understand us so she told us she couldn't help and walked away and didn't get someone that could help us! The hotel just seemed old and needing some updates.

Clean Hotel. Good breakfast. Beds are VERY plush so if you have a bad back then think twice. The pool is small and not heated, there is a hot tub and the area is kept clean. Staff are nice.

Silver fish in our bed, tv remote and phone didn't work and we probably had the smallest room in the hotel. Luckily we just needed a place to lay our head after a concert at the casino. If I had made the reservation, I would have complained, but I didn't pay for the room so I got what I paid for.

Comfortable beds, really strong AC/HEAT, Wi-Fi is included and is 3 bars of strength, even on the third floor. The hotel is clean and presentable, they have the standard concessions at the front for standard hotel prices (1.75$ for a can of pop, 2.75$ for 1l of chocolate milk, 1$ for a ride pod) and serve a decent breakfast, included in the room price.

Very nice frontdesk.
Nice and clean room and bathroom. The beds were not great but still comfortable (mattresses too soft).
Usual and okay breakfast except for the coffee and the sausages. The sausages were very good (one of the best I ate in a hotel) but the coffee was very very bad (maybe the worst I had in an hotel). The coffee on the bedrooms are a bit better but barely.
There is not enough place at all in the restaurant to sit for the breakfast.
It is a good quality price.

The service was great and the room was clean and we were very satisfied but the pool was very unsanitary. There was dirt and scum in the hot tub and there was a huge hair ball in the pool. It was gross.

I always enjoy the Quality Inn. Can't get a better bargain for what they provide. Typically around $100 per night and they provide breakfast every day. All good in my books.

We unfortunately booked this hotel on a long weekend. Our room was right off the lobby and we had 2 children with us. We didn't get to sleep until 2 am because of the commotion going on in the lobby. We asked the staff to do something about all the noise but they didn't.
The staff taking care of breakfast wasn't able to tell us if their food contained any allergens. We were kind of disappointed as we had a great stay previously.
Kids loved the pool, room was clean, breakfast was passable.

Convenient distance from the casino. My wife and I stayed in the penthouse suite. The staff were friendly and attentive, we had no issues and enjoyed our stay. The whirlpool function of the hot tub was difficult to get the hang of.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Moncton nb. We had a very nice room with two clean, comfortable beds, a full size fridge, microwave, and some dishes and cutlery included. The pool isn't very big but my daughters enjoyed it. Breakfast was provided and included use of a waffle maker, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs and sausage patties that were better than any other hotel I have experienced, and home fries that had a great taste but the batch I had I found a little dry. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again.

The two days we stayed were only accomadating because of the staff. The staff is over ran, and looks as though the establishment is trying the amalgamation trick to keep up to the big brand hotels surrounding this one in particular.
At the end of the shift the night watchmen/ bellman/receptionist has to take on the cooking of breakfast while managing all the other titles.
WOW YOU HAVE A SUPERMAN ON THE TEAM.
But for how long.
Over lap the the shift that there is two staff on all the time.
Now the room was clean, but, not enough towels, the bathroom has closet doors with a barn latch, and the entrance door has such a bad squeak that would wake up the other units exiting, or my family on returning to room
We were put behind the reception desk because of our dogs were thought of being noisy. Yes, HOWEVER that is not always the truth, and judging them before seeing them. But you are trying to insure your other clients the peace and quiet. Ask the client of their dogs disposition and if they are consistent barkers, if so then ask if the customer would kennel them in the bathroom with the exhaust fan and light on. Now saying that I liked the convenience of being so close to the entrance.
Here is how your pet rules should play out, and should be the first understanding of your clients apond booking.
Small dogs can be loud as well as big dogs but the secret of keeping them quiet is seclusion and activity. A kennel under bathroom sink and towel over top will work for short term, but what does work better is activity. A walk in a park tired ours out and they slept the whole time we were gone (3-4 hours).
The staff's knowledge of pets are a must. You should have them trained in greeting the pet and knowing how to judge the disposition. Remember rescued dogs, are timid and scared. Aggressive dogs are usually the results of owners not being alpha. And always approach should be asked if you can introduce yourself, and if so react with slowly approaching with palm down and a treat in the other hand visible. Ensure the owner knows of the treats ingredients.
A smile and slow approach reassures the dog and owner of your knowledge.
You have a busy establishment and your choice of staff was perfect. The only reason of our lower stars was the lack of knowledge of dog evaluations.
Go to 5 star with improving staff knowledge.

It was old but clean and had a nice shower. But most of all Karine made an excellent impression!
I have to say there is a staff member named Karine who is awesome!
I overheard a male staff complaining of a larger group coming later on. "Oh man I don't want to be here when they come. Too much work. Multiple rooms and people and ugh. "
Karine responded "why not start making the keys now? We could get it lined up for a smoother checkin. "
He still tried to complain "but we don't know when they are coming anyway. "
Karine kindly and gently encouraged him with something to the effect of "Come one. I'll get the keys going. We can line up the (papers?) and have things ready. Let's do what we can now. Then it is not such a big job later. "
She problem solved, dealt with a difficult co worker effectively, and was proactive! She didn't know others could hear her.
If our company were nearby I would offer her a supervisor or management job with us on the spot! (Karine, if you move to Edmonton, contact me!)
I can not say enough of how impressed we were. You don't find employees or people like that very often.
Even after when I found her to ask her name she was approachable and kind.
In contrast, the next day the same male staff begrudgingly stored our luggage for us like "ugh, it's SO much work. Bleh. " Good thing he was not our only impression of the hotel!

One request: please have actual cream for coffee at least during breakfast. Coffee mate is just not the same. A good start to the day is critical!

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The tub was perfect for soaking and could not hear a lot of outside traffic. My son loved the hot breakfast and choices provided. Exceptional service. The only downfall was that the pool was a bit disappointing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
