Queen Square

I live just a block away from the square, great place to sit and have a coffee and just relax. In the summertime, Sunday morning's here are awesome with the market that is put on. A must see place for all.

Wonderful park for outdoor activities/recreation. With benches and a nice statue, with a serene atmosphere

Much calmer than king square, which is infested with crackheads and homeless people and teenagers who spray bear mace on eachother

Lots of folks enjoying the atmosphere, the people, the food, the vegetables, the arts and crafts, and the dogs.

Visited the Queen Street Farmer's Market. Great little market on Sunday's (when the City Market is closed). Locals produce, food, arts and crafts plus live music. Also close to the new Container Village on the waterfront.

So great to see this beautiful heritage square being activated by the community in the ways it was originally intended. Beautiful civic space.

I liked it so much I bought a house on the Square. Looking forward to the farmer's market opening for the season and exploring the new neighbourhood.

We went to the Country Market that they have every weekend. Wonderful vendors lots of people and good food!
