I’ve been going to see Ricki for A few years now and I feel the need to write a second review because after leaving my appointment today I'm PAIN FREE which I’ve never experienced anywhere else. He approaches your pain in a way I feel no one else can, always finds the root problem and is never a temporary fix like most. I recommend for anyone that experiences any kind of pain to go see Ricki!

Its not a cure, but it sure does help with the daily pain. I have been struggling for quite some time with back pain and Alex has been able to decrease my pain 98%. I only have to go see him once in a while now for treatment. I highly recommend R3

I want to mention my last experience with them, I had couple of sessions with them and I used to came on time actually before time but in my last visit due to urgent attention of my work I got late Once, and I reached the facility bit late, practitioner busy with patient so sat there calmly and waited for practitioner, after finishing the client he came to reception area and I was being told find new massager or show up on time with not appropriate manner, in earlier visit I showed before time and waited for my turn for a while I didn’t complain. I can understand the duty of practitioner but If you want to respect your time by others, you must respect others time too.

I would definitely recommend Rick to any of my friends. He has helped me in eliminating pain in my shoulder, neck and arm on one side of my body. If I ever need help again, He will be the first person to visit. What a awesome feeling to be rid of chronic pain. Thank you Rick.

After 1st visit he did a 2 minutes treatment and felt immediate relief. The best I find is he knows how to diagnose the root cause and can get better treatment that last! Thank you for you expertise and explanation to what the issue and solution is, keeps you informed all the way

R3 Clinic was a very good decision for my situation, with numerous spinal surgeries having only some success, I tried R3. Very modern and ergonomic equipment, the shock wavre treatment on my hand help reduce some of the problems I had with carpal tunnel. The back treatment gave me some relief as I cannot get cortosone treatment due to the surgeries. This is really much more than masso therapy, it is high end equipment and a very qualified and knowledgeable professional.it helped me out.

After seeing Ricki for 4 visits, I have regained almost 75% flexibility and ease of movement. I also have about 40% less pain and no more pain spikes. I have been dealing with chronic pain for over 20 years and no other health professional has come close to achieving these results. Ricki is worth a visit, especially if you feel like you’re not making progress with other specialists.

Ricki gives a clear breakdown of the treatment and why he may be treating one area versus another. I highly recommend if you have a long lasting pain that hasn't resolved with traditional methods.

I had mobility issues due to hip and pelvis issues for over 10 years. I had a total hip replacement in 2017. The pain was gone instantly but full mobility had not returned. I tried many services since that helped but did not resolve outstanding issues. After only 2 visits with R3 Integrated Health (Ricki Porter), since late 2021, my mobility is back!

Amazing, 6 stars if I could. The results have been mind blowing for me. I feel like my old parts have been switched up with new ones.
Little background, 30 years of age. For the past 20 year I have played many different sports and therefore went through many different injuries. I'm no stranger to physio, chiro and other therapies to keep my body in check. I have had great success in the past with these therapies at mending different injuries. This past spring, I hurt mid/lower back. Minor pain and discomfort at first but it quickly escalated to the point where it started to interfere with my regular workout regime and everyday activities. I quickly visited professionals that could usually fix me right up in the past. I would get better for a few days, then the pain (Tightness, sharp pain, spasms) would return even worse than before. Soon enough I could not do any workout -or anything physical- at all without pain. I needed help! Ricki was referred to me and has been my savior. Ricky helped me through a very trying and painful time in my life last year. He is very knowledgeable in the art of manipulation and easing pain. I have had my fair share of physio therapists and other practicioners and by far ricki is the best.just after ome session i felt a lot better.also he gets right down to the root of your problem and fixes it.very professsional and nice guy as well.
