Called them for a part. Told me it would be in on Friday (two days away). A week later, nothing. (update, a month later, still no call or contact.good thing I was able to fix it with a used part. Rallye Motors customer service is non existent.

I just wanted to share the excellent service Provided by Kris Encisa Sales and Leasing Specialist when leasing my new 2023 Hyundai Elantra Luxury at the Rallye Motors Hyundai Dealership. Kris was very helpful and informative he really helped to guide me in making the right car choice for me, my needs and my budget. I felt very at ease and never under any pressure. I feel like I got the perfect car and the most outstanding service. I am very confident in my decision and this is now my dealership of choice in the future and would only trust Kris with any future car needs. Thank you to Kris; and I'd also like to give a shout out to Anna Do, their incredible Finance Specialist. She did such a great job as well. She also helped ensure the whole transaction went very smooth. Anna made the whole process straightforward and easy.

Liars, they will try to take advantage of you. Their salesmen will blatantly lie to you. I thought i would take a chance on these guys despite the constant fraud cases and the constant reviews of people being taken advantage of, but it was a BAD decision. Run, FAR AWAY

I sales representative llonka Losier was exceptional sales representative, she was very personal and friendly and kind. I felt she was very genuine and sincere. She made feel that this is a place we could trust with our business. We are pretty excited about our purchase.

They sold a car to my mom with my aunt co-signing, told her she had life insurance on the owner if anything happens. My mom passed away last year and when we went to see them they told us that my aunt was the owner of the vehicle and not my mom. Therefore no pay out… they flipped the paper work upside down when she bought it probably because my mom’s name didnt get approved they switched it to my aunt as purchasor. They were quick to shrug us off and not pay. If your looking for someone who sells you a car quick and doesn’t care your in the right spot!

I trade my vehicle 2019 hyundai Tucson because my interest rate was to high and Kristianne Ray Encisa Assist me and explain to me what the things I can get when I trade it to new one. He explained to me the importance of a Gap Insurance how Can Affect my existing loan to trade for a new one. I got what I need and I fully understood. I went to Hyundai in Moncton looking for a new vehicle. I wasn't 100% sure as to what model would best fit my needs. The sales person Ilonka Losier was fantastic. She went through several options options with me. Ilonka reviewed not only vehicle options, but financial options as well. She was very informative in both categories. After deciding on a Kona 2023. Ilonka introduced me to Ana in finance. Ana was also very informative both financing and warranty options to best help me. They both were very patient with me as I was very nervous about my purchase.
I would definitely recommend going to Hyundai Moncton and speaking with these lovely ladies. You won't be disappointed.

My mom, Phyllis, recently purchased a Kona from Rallye's Hyundai in Moncton. She dealt with Kris Encisa in Sales and was beyond pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and attention to details when showing her all her features. She was very pleased when she left the lot! She also had great interaction with Finance (Souvik) and he went above and beyond as well. Highly recommend purchasing from Rallye's in Moncton. This is her 2nd vehicle from them!

I had the best experience for my new vehicle of the salesman, forgot his name. The process was faster than expected, only took 2 and half hour from start to finish. Will referral to my family and friends in the future to come:)

Spoke with their sales department about buying a new vehicle, had to call back numerous times before even being able to hear what they had available. Then the person I finally spoke to sends me a hand written cost for the car in question, and when I asked for a breakdown of the cost, they just ghosted me.

Won't be doing business here at any point as a result of poor customer service from the get go.

Couldn't ask for a better dealership. I take my off brand vehicle here for service and always get the best service with fantastic communication. I have never had to chase these advisors to find out the status of my vehicle. They really do know how to take all the worry out of these repairs! Thanks to everyone at the dealership!

Went to see Chloe for a new vehicle at Rallye Hyundai. I'm a though customer and its fair to say that Chloe handled me well. I did try a few vehicle, Chloe never once made me feel like I was wasting her time and was really helpful thru out the whole process. I would recommend anyone to ask for Chloe for THE BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

Upon calling 3-4 times we were told they have cars in stock. Coming all the way from Saint John to moncton they told us they dont have anything. Offered me the other cars out of my range didn’t apologize or anything. Very bad customer service.we left out jobs to come all the way to pay pick up and made fool of ourselves. Don’t trust online as well as person on the calls

Sales staff was like every other dealership. Nothing special about that.
Finance was amazing. Took the time the explain where my money was going and answer my many questions
The one thing that bothered me was that I left the dealership with barely any gas. When I asked, they said they don't fill used cars up, only new cars. Next time you should show more customer service. We are giving you business.

Don't buy a car from rallye motors hyndai, after you buy a car from them no one is available anymore, they have the worst service ever, also if you find issues with your new car you'll never gonna be able to return it or replace it. It's probably gonna repaired temporarily but nothing more! People told me not to buy a car from them because of their bad service but I didn't listen and I sincerely regret it!

Excellent customer service! We had to stop in our way through, as our new Hyundai was making a noise. They were able to take us in right away and lucky diagnosed and remedy the concern. We especially want to thank and acknowledge "Rachel Smith" for her patience, understanding and interaction with us. She made our stop, relaxing and smooth. Thank you Rachel and all those who worked on our Kona.

Had a great experience purchasing my new car here, the staff was friendly and accomodating. The best part I could honestly say about my own experience, was their consideration of my scent allergies. I have dehibilitating migraines from new car smell most times. But, Rallye Motors made sure to clean out the car for me, so I didnt have to suffer once. 15/10 A+ service will come again! Thanks again, Paul for the awesome service.

I never thought it was possible to buy a car in under 4 hours and drive it off the sales lot, but that was my experience with Rallye Motors Hyundai. I felt confidant with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and not once did I feel uncomfortable. Thank you for this!

I feel very bad because it is gonna come on the whole dealership just because of one person. Rallye motors have been my first choice. I always recommended this company to my friends. I did make a call to them to know what is the process for trading my vehicle the one I purchased from them two years ago, because a private buyer is interested in buying. I wanted to sell to Rallye and buy another one from them.also, wanted to know remaining loan and stuff.there is a guy in finance was so rude, did not mention his identity and started yelling at me that they are not responsible for my car where I sell it. STRANGE I KNOW.because he did not listen to me clearly.he kept asking me 'who are you' from the beginning of call.obviously I am the customer, FUNNY WAS HIS QUESTIONS too.weird is how they can hire such unprofessional people.he hung up my phone. Now, I am trying to call them to make a complaint, their phone is not available. Well, I promise I will never buy vehicle from them and will mention this to all my friends as well to not to go there.

I had a scheduled service appointment.   I don't have a lot of free time and usually work while I wait but decided to schedule a couple of test drives while I waited.   I told them what vehicles I wanted to test out and they said fine we're all set.   This was the day before.   I show up and they did not have any of the vehicles I requested!   I'd left my work at home assuming I'd be test driving the requested vehicles.   Wasted my time.   They lost a customer over this.

The people try really hard but they just bounce you around a half dozen times to suggest you need to file a warranty claim with a third company.

Buying an electric car is great, the support for it is massively lacking as I now am in the second week of not being able to go anywhere while a warranty claim processes.

I went to see Justin Killen at the dealership for my purchase. I told him my concerns, what I need, what I want, etc. He was honest with me - I told him which ones I was debating between, he told me which was PRACTICAL for a purchase, versus my "not practical purchase, but cool purchase" lol. Justin got the ball rolling for me, and the financial adviser Joelson that finalized everything was also real with me.
I love my car, loved my seemless experience with them. Renee followed up with me today (I bought my car 4 days ago) just to see how I was doing or if I had any questions. I asked her about my winter tires being there until I have to get them changed in a month or so, she said that's no problem. Honestly I have nothing bad to say.
I know that a lot of reviews for many businesses are associated with loyalty to the customer when problems arise, so I'll keep yas updated, but so far so good:)
