I recently bought a 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Rallye Motors Mitsubishi.
The service was amazing!
Abdul, the sales specialist, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Promised me he would make this happen! He was true to his words! Without hesitation, he helped with the transfer of my belongings to my new vehicle.

I would also like to add that Aymen, the finance manager, and Fatima made the process very easy as they explained every step of the process.

My wife and I went to many dealerships over the last few weeks searching for the perfect SUV. The customer service we came across at Mitsubishi Moncton was beyond our expectations.

Abdul Baher was the sales associate that we dealt with and he was amazing. He answered all of the questions I had and it was a no pressure sales environment. He was very kind and even helped us move our belongings from our old vehicle into the new one. While our vehicle was being serviced today (applying undercoating) Abdul offered to drop me off at work and picked me up when the service was complete. I would highly recommend him to assist you with your next purchase!

The sales manager Aymen was also very informative and took the time to explain the contract in great detail so that we understood everything. He was very friendly and professional.

Lastly, Olena the finance specialist was amazing with showing and explaining all of our options for financing the new vehicle. Everything was explained so well to us and she even did a follow up call to ask how we were liking the vehicle.

We absolutely love our new Outlander and would highly recommend Mitsubishi Moncton!

This salesperson called me on a Saturday morning asking me to go do a test drive and confirms that the car I was looking for was there; I drove almost 3 hours to Moncton, got there just to find out the cars had been sold a few days earlier. So now they want to put me as the first on the list for when a new car comes. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE FALLING FOR THIS TRICK? (48 hours later and the website shows the cars in stock - the ones that were NOT there!). Dont want to be part of this circus.

We recently purchased a cute little Mazda Mirage. There we're delays, not really their fault, as they were waiting for factory parts. Sales team was ok, Fatima from sales was absolutely fantastic. Strongly recommend asking for her when you make your purchase. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Devin sold my wife and I an SUV. His customer service is so exceptional, that I had brought my mother over a few days later and she also purchased an SUV! Devin is great to deal with treated us with respect as a customer. He always put us first and made sure we were happy and comfortable along every step of the way. He even stayed after hours and answered any questions that we still had with the vehicle before we drove off. Will definitely recommend friends and family back to Devin again. The finance associate that my mother had dealt with was very nice and helped answer all her questions along the process also. We can’t remember her name, but she is also great! Thanks again to Devin for having exceptional customer service!

I had the best customer service experience imaginable at Rallye Motors Mitsubishi. The salesman I dealt with was Devin. He was amazing! So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with my new car purchase and would give this dealership a 10/10. Olena in the finance department was exceptional as well. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle.

My husband bought his Outlander in April 2022 at Rallye motors. They offered to store our tires when we changed to winter tires. Today when my husband went to get his tires changed, he was told that they do not have the tires and they are convincing him to buy new tires!

After spending 20+ years with Toyota and Honda products, I risked moving to Rallye Motors and purchased a Nissan product. At this time, I can confirm to have nothing but the highest praise for both the product and Michel Landry, the product expert. I was guided with his knowledge, expertise and service skills throughout the process. It wasn't easy to make the change, but Michel was patient and convincing all along. Kudos to Rallye Motors Mitsubishi for having such qualified people on their team.

I have recently purchased a 2023 Mitsubishi RVR SE. It might have a few features missing that I was expecting. But overall, I really really love this compact CUV. It's peppy with it's 2.4 L MIVEC engine, it's comfortable (I really like the seats), it's got the awesome Super All-Wheel Control S-AWD, it has great height (I feel like I am sliding in and out of this one), it has great ground clearance when I need to go on logging roads for my hunting and fishing hobbies. Conclusion, I really like it!

If you want to buy a car and they have it there, ask for the details behind the price scribbled with a pen on a simple paper.
If you want to buy a car and they don’t have it, and they put you on a waiting list, be careful. They will give you a good deal and once the car is coming, they will increase with 15%, blaming costs increase.
If you still decide to buy the car from them, don’t sign anything before reading carefully.
My advice: put gas in your car and drive to the dealership in Saint John or anywhere in the province, just avoid Rallye Motors Mitsubishi.

I purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage from this dealership in Fenruary 2018. I have taken my car into the dealership each time that it needs to be serviced. I was pleased with the service up until approximately six months ago. Recently, February 3rd, to be exact, I brought my car into the dealership for routine service. While there, the service person insisted on speaking to my fiance and not to me. He said that my car needed a part, (oil pan) and that they would call me when it came in. My sister purchased an Outlander in 2020 on my recommedation and had been treated similar by the same service person. I'm thinking that they may need a lesson on how not to behave like a misogynist. Women should be able to bring their cars into this dealership and not to be treated any differently than their male customers.
I called today to follow up on the part that was supposed to be ordered for my car. To my surprise, there was no record of the part being ordered. My drvieway has had oil leaked onto it recently, from the leak in the oil pan that I've been waiting for. My fiance and I are not mistaken about what was said to us at the dealership on February 3rd and yet, the two service men who I spoke to today, tried to get me to second guess that a part was needed at all. Very poorly done, Mitsubishi Motors Moncton.

I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse cross. Best value SUV with 10 years warranty 160k. I specifically requested all standard with nothing extra.
No work sheet, just a monthly payment of $251 No bill of sale to go home with.

At the signing day
1) you get to sign the financing paperwork stipulating the price, rate of financing and the biweekly payment of $251
2) a diamond standard package for rust protection and tire protection no increase cause it’s standard
3) the sale a agreement vaguely the price, the freight and licensing jumped to the quickly as promised the biweekly payment is as agreed 251. Signed

I put the paperwork in glove compartment for a week, Friday after work I went to remove them to secure my binder at home.
The standard package is $2999 and tire protection is $549 for a year.

I went there to confront their business practices as I was satisfied with manufacturer warranty nothing extra.
Their response was I was ok the budget of $251 biweekly.
The dealership slipped an unwanted protection on a bill like I am not to going to pay for it.
My advice to any customer, demand a bill of sale of a copy of worksheet to go with and take time to looking at at what is included in your payment.

She drove in from Quebec City to get the best deal and Jordan left her very satisfied. My great aunt won’t stop talking about her experience with Jordan! Never go this dealership as I am cheated so please be aware for number of reasons

because they promised me the lower interest rates in which was approved for it but when my vehicle arrived they increased the interest rate.
They also promised me for special when I booked my vehicle but they charged me high price when signing papers.
Poor Service plus bunch of Cheaters.

My response to Owner's reply: Sir you information is noT true. The correct information is that your Sales Manager and Branch Manager has offered me the price for $37000 when I booked new Outlander LE premiuim with an interest rate of 1.99% as my credit score 792 at the time of booking with 2 months wait they said. But when my vehicle arrived after 4 months, they increased the price to $39500 while the market price was only $38500, the interest rate increased it to 2.99% a day before of purchasing but when I actually reached to get the car they made my interest rate jumped to 4.99% so that they get a heavy commission from the bank and bonus from their boss. I can show you the both deals on paper signed by your sales manager. So STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF FOR YOU HIGH SALARIES AND BONOUSES. SO FUTURE BUYERS AVOID RALLEY MOTORS.

Well.
Bought new Outlander 2022,
At 18000km replaced front rotors and pads, and at 31000km replaced rear pads.plus some check engine come In.
And It come from my pocket to replace the brakes!
I am not sure if I buy that car again.

I just purchased my second car from Rallye Motors Mitsubishi. Alex Bradley went above and beyond to facilitate the transaction. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL and Knowledgeable. Sam in the fiance department, made the transaction go smoothly. She took the time to answer all my questions. The sales manager Paolo was also very respectful and helpful providing me an amazing purchase experience. I highly recommend these three if you are looking for a new vehicle!

After a couple long weeks of dealing with every dealership in town for a new vehicle, and having MANY bad experiences. We finally settled at Mitsubishi! Alex was our salesman and he was phenomenal, not pushy, and extremely nice. When it came to the nitty gritty details on pricing we dealt with Paolo the Sales Manager. He was ABSOLUTELY great. Accommodated us and got it to EXACTLY what was budgeted for us. Getting a new vehicle is supposed to be exciting NOT intimidating! Thank you so much Alex & Paolo! Great customer service with a great new vehicle!

After having horrible experiences at many of the other dealers in town with Sales not listening to what we were looking for, we stopped in at Mitsubishi. Alex was an amazing salesrep who listen to what we wanted showed us a bunch of options and tried his best to stick with the budget we gave him. Id happily work with Alex again. Only down side is we ended up waiting around for hours, for finace to be ready to go over the paperwork with us.

I just bought a new dodge ram and after 3 days of ownership, I jackknife my utility trailer onto the corner of the bumper. Bumper was dented. I was sent to Rallye Mitsubishi and dealt with Jason Rowes. I received an amazing service and Jason was just exceptional with me.
Thank you Jason, greatly appreciate all you did in such a short amount of time.my truck looks brand new again.

Rear brake calipers sticking on a 2015 RVR manufacturers recall but would not replace brake pads because they say they are a consumable part even though the brakes were sticking on causing premature wear as well as waiting for for parts on back order. They definitely do not walk the talk with best backed warranty in the business. Had to replace pads and a rotor on our dime thanks to these crooks

STAY FAR FAR AWAY - My husband bought a new vehicle about a year ago. I was expecting Rallye Motors Mitsubishi to contact me with regards to signing over the registration as the vehicle he traded in was in both of our names. I had no part what-so-ever in the trade in, I did not agree to the purchase price / trade in value yet my husband has a new vehicle. I contacted Rallye whom are claiming they do not have a copy of the registration and Mike “remembers me signing it”, however I’ve never met Mike, nor have I stepped foot in the dealership. I contacted Service New Brunswick to see if they could confirm if a name was signed on the back, and received confirmation from Department of Safety confirming that "my" signature was on the back side registration. They are the shady, sleezy, ruthless car salesmen that your parent's warned you about. I have never stepped foot in there, nor will I ever. (References: I work for an insurance company.)

Jason and Jason have got to be the two best employees hands down! I was unfortunately backed into and those guys took care of everything for me my car is back on the road and looks amazing! Do the other people around you not know how to drive and banged your car up? Give Jason in the collision center a call. Expect phenomenal service when you walk in the doors!

Well! After a lot of issues, I have to say I'll never deal with any Rallye Motors again. We were skeptical about the brakes on our used vehicle and they insisted they only had to bleed them. So after driving 2 hrs and taking a day off work, they did that and still sounded like metal on metal.then we go to a place in Fredericton *where we live* and it was $750 worth of work to back brakes! They told us there is no way they took the tires off to check or they couldn't have ever missed the problems. When confronted, the manager (Mike) wasn't great to deal with - making us feel like they thought we were lying or trying to cause trouble and after a couple days told us there is nothing they will do. I wouldn't ever recommend dealing with them in any sort and sorry we ever did.

I visited for the collision center over there.
They are very friendly and helpful.
They helped me for my car previously and this time I came back to fix another problem.
They are very cooperative and have good knowledge of the work they do. They communicate with insurance company very effectively.
By the way, I saw an interesting ad about a new hybrid car which made me very excited to see it when it comes to the roads.

These guys are not organized and I will never go there again. 10 minutes after my appointment they tell me the car passed inspection but I should get the brakes done, i tell them I will but not today. Here I am 2 hours later still waiting when they told me it wouldnt be more than 45 minutes. The service desk and the garage dont seem to communicate well with each other because another gentleman i observed was told to come get his vehicle because it was ready and then he is told after arriving it will be at least another hour. They dont value the customers time at all and even though I would prefer to get my inspections done at the dealership I would never come back here for any service or inspection
