I recently bought a 2024 Kicks. I went to the dealership to look at a used model but it had been sold. The dealership needs to remove sold vehicles as soon as possible from their website so buyers are not disappointed, though. I was vey pleased with the trade-in value for my old car! The salesman and finance person were both professional in their dealing with me.

I had been searching and reading up on the Kicks but would have been happy if the technology had been explained by the salesman instead of me having to read everything. I still have no idea how long the SiriusXM trial is. Was that my job to ask all those questions? Is this the way cars are sold now? I haven’t had a brand new car since about 2004.

This place completely took advantage of my grandparents. Took 64 days to fix the car.because it took so long he had to purchase a new one with rentals not being available. He was told to come back in one week and it would be done.they made him pay insurance on both vehicles.never received any paper work and took two months to get license plates. They test drove a car and when they came back changed their minds but were told they couldn’t because the one they tested was already registered in his name… he didn’t sign a thing for that. I don’t know what these people were thinking or doing when dealing with my grandparents. You’re disgusting for taking advantage of older people and making them uncomfortable and in distress. Shame on you

I went to Nissan to look at the new nissan sentra, then a young salesman came out to great me and with no hesitation let me try the new car. After i had decided and told matt that the car wasn't powerful enough, so matt went and got his manager alex, and alex offered me to test drive a Infinity Q50. I fell in love with the car, but i had reservation in getting myself into a new loan! Matt was great, but alex had a solution to every reason why i couldn't get the Infinity! This was the strangest car shopping experience I've ever had, so odd that I refused to buy the vehicle and as we know they aren't easy to come by.
We went in and tried out two vehicles, we sat with a salesperson and filled out all of the necessary paperwork for the vehicle we wanted, which was sitting on the lot. This was a cash deal so there was no credit check necessary, no financing, simple right? Not so simple, the entire process took 3 hours! We left the dealership already frustrated, with the salesmen saying "send me pictures of your trade in vehicle and I will text you with the value" and then you can decide if you want to trade-in". I sent about 10 photos that same day and I never heard from him again, no response what-so-ever. A week later I had to call the dealership, I told my story twice and then I was referred to a new salesperson, it was his first day on the job! Is this what you would do if you had an unhappy customer who was going to hand over $32,000 cash? I had to start from square one and give them all of my information once again, my licence, insurance, get my car appraised, everything all over (remember that initial 3 hours?). I asked where the file was from the last salesperson but no one seemed to know and this file included all of my personal information. Eventually I verbally received the appraisal amount for my car and I then asked to see the paperwork for the new vehicle, I had to ask at least 4 times. When I finally received it I realized why he was avoiding sending it to me, they wanted to charge me an $800 + tax admin fee.for what? ! It was a cash deal and I had to chase them to buy the vehicle. I do understand that dealerships charge an admin fee but $800, for the service I received? ! Then finance called and explained it was for the "convenience of having a dealership", that made me laugh obviously and I said $800 was ridiculous for the service I received. BUT the ultimate kicker for me and why I refused to buy the vehicle was the manager calling and trying to bully/intimidate me into buying the car because "I agreed to the price". I didn't agree to anything as I had to pull teeth to get some paperwork to look at.

I would NEVER buy a vehicle from these clowns, they are unbelievably unprofessional. I think there needs to be some serious management training, rather than the old school tactics to sell. (and this was not an old manager.)

We had an unpleasant experience with Rallye Motors Nissan.

By sales manager Alex we were given 2-3 weeks waiting time while ordering a car.

After 5 weeks, we came to check on the order, but they didn't even want to talk to us. The salesperson Josh Roberts was frankly rude. The same sales manager, Alex, didn't take the time to talk to us. He was sitting two meters away, saw the whole picture but did not want to talk to us and never called back, although we asked.
Apparently, he was very busy accepting other orders that no one is going to fulfill anyway.

We were just told briefly, to wait as long as necessary or cancel. No other detail.

Finally, we had to go to the next-door Hyundai Rallye where we got a decent service, as well as a car, despite the same long queues and shortages.
Hard to believe that two divisions of the same Rallye can practice such a different attitude towards customers.

They assisted us through all the process, from selecting the right car, to get our loan approve and to get our car in the same day. The service is always friendly but the service hours are very inconvenient. I've also never had mechanics who seemed so disorganized about what needed to be done and when. Each time we show up, something else needs to be done that could've been done at the same time if anyone had just looked in the right place. For example, they took off our all season tires for the winter and offered to store them. We took them home and when we went back to have them put back on on the spring, having to book time off from work because of their hours, they told us we actually needed new all seasons. They then had to order those in and then we had to book off more time from work to accommodate their service schedule to put those ones on. This is one of many examples. Will definitely move to a new mechanic as soon as our warranty is up (not that anything that needed to be done was covered under warranty.)

WORST, SKETCHY. FINALLY. AT RCMP

Around mid march, I bought a pre-owned CRV from ralley motors and still waiting for registration after 60 days.
After 15 days from purchase date, I made several attempt by phone and in person for registration but they had given so many bizarre excuses like ' they ran out of number plates' waiting for registration from previous owner etc.

On 60th day, I went to showroom (After OWNER replied my review and advised to contact customer Care) But instead of trying to resolve this issue, they called RCMP and treated me as a THREAT cause I asked them proper explanation for not registering my Car after 2 months.

At the end. I LOST MY TRADE IN CAR, IM PAYIMG FOR NEW CAR, RUNNING BEHIND SHOWROOM FOR 2 MONTHS FOR REGISTRATION AND FINALLY DEALING WITH RCMP.

"BUY A CAR AND GET ARRESTED". Customers better go this showroom with a good LAWYER.

In Past days I was looking for some quick buy for vehicle, I tried other dealerships but none of them worked for me. I just make one call to Rallye motors Nissan to check the availability for rogue they said they just received bunch of them and assist me to book an appointment to personal visit to showroom to have a look into available trims for rogue.

At store firstly I was warm welcomed by manager who is very kind and helpful, then the salesperson named Julian assist us to get the test drive vehicle and provide us detailed information for the vehicle. Dealership offered me the best price for the vehicle with best financing options.it was really a surprise for me to get my fav color in this kind of un-precedent time Financial Expert Gaurav assist us to get the quick approval as we drive vehicle to home asap.

Overall is a Perfect Team work of Dealership, the showroom manager, Julian the best sales guy I ever seen and Gaurav the financial expert.

That's make my experience with Rallye Motors Nissan Surpassed my Expectation.

Rallye Motors is double charging when your engine light come on. Get it done somewhere else. Should be 129.00 per hour for code gun. They double that.
Rallye Motors Nissan has reached out to me asking that I call and give more detail. I spoke with Renee at 11AM Feburary 15. She said a manager could better explain the billing on invoice and that he/she would call me back within approximately 1 hour. It is now 8: 30 AM Feburary 17 and still waiting.
I would like to add that I called Nissan in Amherst to get estimate of they would charge to check engine light. They said their diagnostic charge is 110.00 per hour and there are no hidden cost.
PS I was in and out within one hour at Rally Mortors Nissan.

Typical Rallye dealership. Baught a 2022 Sentra SR. Within 3 weeks, my front passenger tire had 2 bulges on the side wall. When I brought it in, they told me it was either a pot hole (no rim damage, no alignment issues nothing,) or a defective tire. They told me it doesn't matter if it's a defective or a pot hole, and that either way new tires on cars have 0 warranty. Not sure how a 3 week old car has no warranty on its tires. Just be ware. Spend that kind of momey on a car with decent tires, only to be stuck buying another tire 3 weeks later.

Very happy with my pre owned purchase but the process was killing! Sales manager had driven the vehicle to his house some 30 mins away which we drove back with the salesman. To complete the paperwork and finance took ages! Vehicle assessment and acceptance was 1/2 am hour; rest of the exercise 5 hours! Now you know what you're in for take plenty to eat and drink with you.
BUT. Salesperson Julian, was very good, positive and informative as well as enthusiastic. Appreciated the follow up call this morning. Well done and thank you. Five Stars *****

This was my first experience on buying a car at a dealership and it was just HORRIBLE! Please make sur to read the contract before signing any document as they will say things and when you get home and you go over your contract the amount that was told to you and what was promised to you is not what shows on the contract at all. Tried calling them and was told I was going to get a call back.next day came and no call back. Had to call back twice on the next day, no help and nothing was provided to me for all the inconvenience I had to go through and service was just not there! I am so disappointed as my first experience was taken away from me completely. I will make sure that my family and friends never have to deal with this and never buy from any Rallye motors dealership & from what I have heard I am not the only one that went through this.

I left the Rallye Nissan store a short time ago and unfortunately I felt harrassed and pressured!
I did not agree at any time with the financing rates presented to me and I still don't.

I wans rudely informed multiple times by your staff member that the vehicle was now under my possession, even though I DID not SIGN, AGREE with or PAY for anything that would result in the completion of the transaction,
On the day of my previous visit to the store, we agreed on the price proposed for the vehicle only, the rates were never agreed on.so we have the right to accept or not the financing and as it went far beyond what we expected, unfortunately we were unable to keep the car.

The store manager was extremely rude and abusive when dealing with me, even on the day the car was searched, He put fraudulent information regarding the mileage on the vehicle 50,000 km less than the real one, we asked him to fix it and once again the same thing happened.still 900 kilometers shorter than the real mileage.

I have already sought my rights, I contacted a lawyer and I would like to know what is the best day and time that I could make an appointment with the store manager so that we can discuss this traumatizing experience.as I strongly feel that such experience cannot go unnoticed.

We never bought a vehicle with Rallye before due to the undue pressure their sales persons put when you visit. They dont want you to come and see the car, its features and compare with other deals available in the market. All they want to buy right now because some CRAZY DEAL is going on only for today. And if you say you are shopping, they lose interest in you.thats simple.

This year we wanted to buy and with a reference from a friend, we went to see Mr. James at Nissan. James is a super nice gentleman and we didn't feel that we are at Rallye Motors even for a moment. He first focused on what we are looking for and what have we seen so far. He explained the features, available deals and compared with other cars in the market. Simply the best way to influence customer with information and benefits of the product instead of forcing on CRAZY DEALS.

We decided to buy and closed deal with Mr. James and even after a month he is in touch to make sure we do not have any problems. He perfectly followed up on registration, service and other pending things and made sure that everything is completed on time.

I am not sure why it happens at Rallye but in last 3 months I visited number of dealership in the city and everytime I went to Rallye for Nissan, Hyundai or Mitsubishi, I came across similar problems. Except when I luckily met Mr. James who gave us a total different experience.

My wife and I were out shopping for a new to her car. One of the vehicles she liked is made by Nissan so we decide to visit the lot to see what they had. I never trust what is on a dealer website as they all do the bait and switch. We drove around the lot and as we rounded a corner, a guy comes running out of nowhere! He is a sales person, cannot remember his name, and he is shouting. We stop, he comes to my truck and asks what we are looking for in a vehicle. We let him know and he says they do not have any of the model we are looking for. He gets very aggressive trying to get us into the dealership. We advised that is the only model we are interested in, yet he still tries to get us into the dealership. He even tried to open my vehicle door! We have only been living in Moncton for 2 years and so far our interactions with the Rallye group has been less than impressive. This will be our last visit to any Rallye owned company.

Overall love my Nissan Rogue. James is the man! He is very professional and patient. I personally wouldn’t do business with anyone else. 10/10 for James!

As for the finance departments side; they attempted a bait and switch on me. Please, please, please read over the agreement, finance rates, be adamant that you only want certain banks/nisssan finance to finance your vehicle. Steer clear away from midnight madness as it’s a gimmick. Prices are not reduced whatsoever; more opt to be increased markups.

6/10 experience with finance dept.
10/10 for James.

Just bought a Santa Fe hybrid from Rallye moters. I was originally thinking I wanted to purchase the Tucson hybrid, as I already own a Tucson, and love it. Justin convinced me test drive he Santa Fe, and just see what I
thought. It would at least give me a comparrison, and if I still wanted to try for the Tucson they would get one in for me. He was right. I LOVE the Santa Fe. Was very rude.we were told our car would be ready at 3 went out not ready till 4.30 we were told.no call to tell us it would be later as we had to hire someone to drive us back and forth from shediac.did a diagnostic test on the car after been told it was the starter.then said oh it's the starter.went in later to pick up our car and after paying a bill for 665 dollars he told me if I ever break down down in this area again don't come here.

I bought a vehicle there and found that the sales person and supervisor avoided answering some questions like what was the total cost of the vehicle, instead answering my question by giving me the monthly payment amount. I asked the supervisor if I could pay off the loan right away if I chose to and he said that I needed to make at least 6 months worth of payments before I could do so. After contacting the bank they informed me that I could pay off the loan at any time. I went for my first service today and the gentlemen that served me was very friendly, quick and professional.

Went there today to look at SUV's. Young SalesLady named Keisha Tucker came over to help us out. WOW! Amazing lady who knew her stuff! Very impressed at how open she was and how much she wanted to help us get into a vehicle that was right for us. We gave some ideas and she went right to her computer. She offered us various options, all that were what we had asked for, and more, for the price we had been looking at.
We bought and were, ARE extremely pleased with our purchase. For being so young, she is knowledgeable and she CARES! Biggest compliment I ever give. We walked out with the price we wanted, with more of a car than we had expected!

I just purchased my first car in many years, I was driving quite the beater to say the least. I went in to Rallye Nissan where I was quickly greeted by Alex, I told him what I was there to see and he didn't try to talk me into something different or newer. He was very polite and professional and very patient (I had to bring in my 5 year old niece) coffees and hot chocolate were offered numerous times. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Alex this day and am very happy with my decision. The staff at Rallye Nissan made this experience a good one for me. I was taken on a tour of the facility, introduced to ALL of the features in my new car (many of which my old car did not have) and I was introduced to much of the team. All in all I would purchase another vehicle from Rallye Nissan and I would purchase from Alex again. Thank you so much team.

Found a vehicle on AutoTrader I was looking to buy. I contacted them. They took my info and said they would have a sales rep contact me. I confirmed with the person I spoke with they still had that vehicle (demo on clearance). They did. Sales rep never contacted me. That vehicle is now gone.

Called Rallye Nissan today about a car told them I was coming from P. E. I was it still their. Drove the 2 hours and paid 50 dollars for the bridge only to get their and the said car was sold on Saturday that they were sorry but mistakes happen costly mistake for me should have listened to the reviews. One negative experience spreads like wildfire, one positive experience is rarely publicised. This is our positive one. Our careers changed recently and therefore we needed 2 vehicles asap. We previously bought from Rallye (also a good rating) so we took our Murano in and asked what they could do for us. James, Matt and Alex did everything they could to get us into 2 cars, they all went above and beyond. THANK YOU guys, for all you did. If one bad employee can damage the reputation of a business and therefore it's team, then 3 great employees should raise it exponentially! We will be back.

I went to yesterday for service.
My car has many Problems.
1.front sensor always turn on the light.
2.humming sound.
I explained to them about this situation.so they did something and then I got the form about solution.
They wrote down on the form like this.
1. Cause of humming sound from a/c vent passanger side. Remove cab filter and reinstall it noise gone.
2.cause of forward collusion sensor staying on.
Av control unit software update perform av update.
So I thought that the problems solved.
But the Problems not solved anything.so I complained them about this situation.
However they told me that you need to make appointment again because now is almost closing time. So I ask to them that "if i come here next time. Can i replace the front sensor? " But they told me that we have to check about warranty.
I was really embarrassed because this car is under 2years and 15000km.almost new car.
Anyway they told me that we will discuss with manager and then send email to you tomorrow about warranty. However they haven't sent me any email yet.
My English is so clumsy so i i can't explain exactly.
But I am sure that I won't never buy nissan car again.

I had the pleasure to deal with Daniel Davis as my salesman I can highly recommend him if you’re looking to get into a new car he was always smiling and willing to do everything he could to get me into the car I wanted I also had the pleasure of having Hagar jalouni as my finance specialist she was awesome always smiling and worked as fast as she could to get me into the car Overall I can highly recommend talking to both of these people if you want to get into a new ride this summer I’ll definitely be back to Nissan if I ever need another car thank you both very much

Don't trust in the sales man! Mainly on Daniel Jones! He will hide some important terms and will lie to you just to close the deal
