Rendez Vous Take Out & Ice Cream Bar

I had a chance to eat here twice while I was in town. Wish I had found the place a little earlier but it kept saying it was permanently closed when I looked on Apple Maps. The sea food and food in general here is much better than some of the takeout options in Shediac. Very friendly staff. Also love that they had a loudspeaker to call your name so you could sit in the parking lot or the gazebo and still hear your name called when the food is ready.

Got a half n half clams n scallops with taxes in was $23 no fries.was told came with fry and side was a mistake on them which was brought to my attention sitting in my car she ask me to come in and refund and reorder to get a platter I was like just nevermind the young girl apologized …but in the end clams were small and small portions……seafood is expensive I know but really…. Small cardboard tray total disappointment drive down the road more….

The Korean food there is so good we had to try it again and again, just to be sure we really like it. It's good.

Served by whom I believe is the owner. The price I was charged for a burger and fries poutine style was $23.00! Won't be ordering that again!

This place is a treat. Lots of seating outside, and a decent little bunky to eat in when you want shelter. The fish burger is delicious, same with the shrimp platter. My daughter loves getting icecream here.

We had fish and chips. Portions were great, fish was fresh and batter light. We really enjoyed it. Menu has some interesting items for those not into seafood. Nice seating area, both inside and out at waterside. A friendly suggestion to the owner, mow and clear up the outside area as it’s appearance doesn’t do your food justice and may put off first time patrons.

This is a great little place right off the highway. The fish and chips are delicious! Everything was timely and the staff were very friendly. It's located right beside a little brook too, so you can enjoy your meal and watch the water flow by. Overall a really nice place, I will be back.

Everyone - they are open again now. We just got the “Hot Spicy Chicken” and the “Curry Chicken”. Both served with rice. Both were great! Fast friendly service too. I’d love these people to do well. Please try the food - especially the Asian food! We really enjoyed it and love that this place is so close. Let’s face it, we don’t have a lot of choice in Grande-Digue. Let’s try to make this venture successful!

The new owners are very friendly and the food is amazing. Great place to enjoy delicious fish and chips, with ice cream for dessert. Highly recommend if you want to try something new.

When a restaurant like this wants to set itself apart from all other restaurants near by, it has essentially three variables to play with: balance, ingredient, and portion.
Few days ago my father and I ran into this place, and we ordered fish & chips and fried clams. I must say that fish and clams were nicely battered and tender, and fries were very fresh as if they were just harvested from the potato farm. If you prefer a quality over quantity, I would definitely recommend this place! You won't be disappointed!

Come here regularly for ice cream after going to caissie cape. Always delicious flavours of ice cream and delicious other food. Can eat in our outside and the prices are great.

Yesterday was my first day but fish and chips were absolutely fantastic. It was very tender, fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend it.

Zero stars! The new owners have brought up prices. Paid $25 for clams and a poutine. Had little to no clams. The poutine was soggy and disgusting. Gravy is gross not enough cheese. Overall disappointed and wont be back!
