Ordered a burger and the monster grill for take out and the steak was over done and one side burned the burger was over cooked fries were dry would not get food here again

I know everywhere is short staffed, but they seems to care more about door dash and drive through orders than people who actually walk in. I watched customers at the cashier not get served for almost 10 minutes and then walk away angrily. Very frustrating...
