I’ve been working with Wendy and the team at River Valley Health for many years now. Everyone I’ve received care from has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. When necessary, individual practitioners work in tandem to address more complex issues. Online scheduling, direct billing, and ample parking help simplify the act of walking in and out of the clinic.

As harvest festival week was on. And a prior acquaintance owned the building. We were going to park there Friday night @6 pm. A person perhaps the owner told us no to keep going and if she saw us there again she would have us towed. SO I WANT TO THANK ALL THE OTHER DOWN TOWN BUSINESSES WHO GAVE UP THEIR PARKING LOTS EVERY NIGHT for one week FOR HARVEST GOERS.

Wendy did an excellent job getting rid of my back pain. One session with Wendy erased three weeks of pain. Can't thank her enough. She has a no-nonsense approach. Very direct and to the point. Highly recommended.

I went in to see Dr. John Neal for chronic headaches and I have never been so happy with the service he provided me. He did a thorough examination of my body, looked at my past medical history, and was able to link a lot of my problems back to a car accident I had 10 years prior. With a couple treatments a week for a few weeks he was able to reduce my headaches from happening everyday to maybe only getting one once a week or non at all. The exercises he gave me really helped in strengthening some of the weaker muscles in my neck and helped keep my headaches at bay! I was sad that I couldn't continue my treatments with John because I was heading back to Calgary, Alberta, but if you are looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. John Neal. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring person and always wants the best for his clients!
