This store is only here to sell you things, they will not help you once you've made a purchase. I went in with an issue, and was told to use the online chatbot. Would rate 0/5 if it was possible.

Can’t say enough good about my experience today. Gave us superior service and left me happier about switching to Rogers.
Need a phone or services, talk to Johnny he knows his stuff.

That is the worst service I ever see! Each time with different information if I’m asking about anything! The way of talking is like they doesn’t like them job or doesn’t want to talk much. They not helping at all. I’m writing my review it may reach them manger or they may change them behavior (26/3/2023 12: 40)

It's totally bizarre that a phone service store would have a number that never goes through because "the mailbox is full. " It doesn't engender much trust when it's impossible to communicate with a communications store.

Called multiple times to try and do business while I was away working away from Fredericton. Wanted to look at phones and plans and potentially pick the phone up within the week when I was able to. Nobody would asnwer the phone at all. The voicemail was not setup either (not like there going to be calling back anyways). Definitely very poor service and seems like a very lazy staff that's not interested in doing there jobs at all!

I Would not give this Rogers company a star not even one but I am stuck with giving one even I do not want to do so as they are a bunch of vultures all after your money and not respecting customers
Sadly Rogers so call Canadian customer care has a lot to be desired very poor service from Rogers call centre called 4 times yesterday and was it off all the time from10.30pm to12.15 then when I was finally put through I was told that the department needed was closed!
Today I spent over one hour and a half on hold to speak with a supervisor which never happened
I also called Rogers at the regent mall Fredericton twice today and no call back!
They also play the blame game onto customers for lack of their service and support as well as They are unresponsive to phone calls
Shame on them! Who wants this kind of shoddy company Rogers CEO had better spend our money on improving the quality of service provided through their branches and call centres as they stink!
