I am admittedly a sneakerhead, though I've never owned a pair of running shoes before because I didn't run. Now that I've taken on recreational running, I was left baffled and confused by the wide diversity of brands, styles and specific purpose of certain shoes. Upon entrance at the running room, I was kindly greeted by the employee, Kim, who was helping another customer with selecting shoes. This location is rather small, with about 15% dedicated to footwear, and the rest dedicated to exercise relates clothing and footwear related accessories. After Kim was done with her customer, she might kindly asked me how she could help me. I explained that I've never bought running shoes before, and needed to he fitted for something specific to my foot style and pronation. She had me take off my shoes, and walk back and fourth in order to evaluate this. After doing so, she provided me a suggestion of appropriate footwear for my specific needs. After trying on numerous pairs of shoes, I walked out with a pair of shoes and a pair of socks. After 1 run I couldn't be happier with my shoes.

Fair selection but prices are too high. I found the sneakers and socks I use elsewhere and cheaper

The running room is great they have great service and a wide selection of running shoes and some nice watches to help you keep track of you running time

Efficient and helpful service. We were in and out in 15 minutes, all three of us satisfied with our new shoes!

Tl;Dr: shoes were great, service was next to abysmal.
While I was receiving good customer service from the person helping me the other coworkers had sour, cranky attitudes. They were snappy, rude, and had an "I don't give a s***" attitude towards both me and my friend. I had gone there a few times in the past, and got said friend AND my own mother to buy shoes from them, but every time I went there they made me feel like I was on borrowed time. On top of that, they arbitrarily enforce COVID-19 policies, and while yes, it is a serious issue affecting the world, it's not an excuse to be rude and demeaning towards people.
I'm hoping the shoes I bought last me because I'm never buying a shoe or running product from them again.
