Sackville Waterfowl Park

Absolutely beautiful, well-kept, accessible (I have a heavy double stroller and we love walking here, it's flat and even trails even for babies learning to walk), and a clean network of trails and boardwalks around ponds and marsh and through some woodland. As the name suggests there are so many species of waterfowl to be seen here at any time of year.

Wonderful park with a lot of trails. Welcome centre very interesting and loved the artisan market there.

Sackville waterfowl park was SO amazing that we had to go back the next day!
Saw lots of new birds including a Cedar Waxwing, yellow warbler, ducks (can’t recall the name, but they were special). Very easily to walk. I’ll be going back!

Great place for a walk. A mix of wood walkway and very light stone dirt sectiins that is hard and smooth. Lots of friendly people and pets.

This was a beautiful walk, but I hated the highway noise. Beautiful preserve though! I saw ducklings and the litter of those too lazy to carry out their trash.

An amazing location. The trails are easy to navigate and the serenity of the environment makes it a very relaxing place. I would definitely go back soon

Recovering from back surgery and need to walk daily. Pathways and bridges have been cleared constantly. Very nice place to walk.

A wonderful place to go for a walk. Very few people around. We brought our two Dachshund puppies, and they enjoyed the visit too. The paths are in great shape and the place is exceptionally clean.

Super nice trails, glad we followed the recommendation of the visitor's center guide to go on the birch trail—the best boardwalk ever. Also, crafts store had highest quality, authentic, well priced gifts.

Amazing! A must see for sure. The combination of trails and elevated deck that cuts through the marsh is oncredibley well done. Great way to be unobtrusive to the natural settings and provide great views and an easy walk. Very clean with no litter!

Great little find. Right off the highway. Get out stretch your legs. Enjoy the scenery. Looking for animals. We did the short loop. It was about a mile. Well maintained pathways. Clean bathrooms.

I love this place. They've done great work with a small spot. It's quiet for being in the middle of town, peaceful, and always a pleasure to walk. Even the people you meet here are a pleasure to chat with. The boardwalk over the water with the birch trees is particularly nice.

Nice walking paths, trails. Scenic, good for a day alone to think or a place to watch fowl with friends or family
