Saint John Bowlarama Entertainment Centre

Was waiting in line to bowl. Phone rings and male staff proceeds to go answer it and stayed on the line while we stood there waiting for over five minutes while the caller asked him a ton of questions about pricing and other things that could have waited. Whatever happened to “can you please hold” and “first come, first served” or simply acknowledging the customer and saying “I will be right with you”?

Ended up leaving while he was still on the phone ignoring us.

Great place for bowling and you don't need to use a pencil it keeps track of everything for you now. All you have to do is bowl. Stafford friendly and great to be around.

We like the bowling alleys. While there is a need to change the balls with dents, nips and cracks, we enjoyed our time.

The arcade was unexpectedly great, featuring a few favorites and a couple of hidden gems. Will be returning and try the bowling out too next time!

This place is always fun for the family. I have never had any problems!

Entertainment plus, lots to do. Bowling, arcade, food & fun. Everyone had a good time.

Should have more employees working in the arcade helping when things go wrong instead of standing waiting in line while people pick their prizes out.
