Highly recommend Century Hyundai Saint John. Everyone was very friendly. Dan and Chris were very helpful and made the experience easy.

Awful service department. Sales dept great of course to get the sale but after you buy, good luck hearing from them! Bought a brand new vehicle, now with multiple recalls. Impossible to get through to the service department. Keep being told they'll call me back "when they can. " It's been 2 months waiting for a call. Front desk is so rude and they don't offer any resolution. Also beware, if you live outside of saint john and an issue falls under warranty where they'll need a few days or longer to fix, they won't offer you a rental or replacement car. If you're in town, they'll offer taxi coupons, so they aren't looking to service customers outside of the city.
East side mario's also advised me that they, along with many other businesses no longer accept viho as hyundai stopped paying their bill towards their discount portion they offered. Viho was a selling point for us but isn't going to be offered at a lot of businesses now.

Ty Nelson and his team are always quick to help me with all of my car needs. I always get excellent customer service when I come in.

Traveled from Fredericton to have our Elantra serviced. Incredible people. Got in as scheduled and spent the short time waiting at the mall next door. Super friendly! Too bad we have to travel to Saint John to get this service but we will do it again.

2 full days! Sitting and waiting! Nothing done. They made appointment with us! Our option was to leave vehicle and they would get at it first thing in the morning. We live 100 kms away from nearest dealership. By the time we asked about eta, it was too late to make other arrangements! Never, ever going back!

It took three days of long distance phone calls for our first appointment. No answer, left messages …third day tried again and the phone was answered. Not hanging by a landline phone awaiting your possible phone call!
Just because not everyone writes reviews is no reason to think there aren’t any bad ones! I have family members who have horror stories. We don’t usually complain. We just never go back!

My experience was absolutely wonderful, my salesman Dan made sure I was in the perfect car and was willing to help 100% during the sales process. Couldn’t imagine buying a vehicle from anywhere or anyone else!

I recently got my truck at Saint John Hyundai and it was a great experience thanks to Ty Nelson. Ty and Tammy they both went above and beyond to get the truck for us in couple of hours. It was a bit of hassle with insurance and banks but they made it all work for us. Ty answered the phone right away when I was registering the truck and helped me with that as well.

I have a 2021 hybrid Santa Fe which I absolutely love! The staff are always phenomenal there and very accommodating! The service department Barb especially is the greatest she goes above and beyond. If I ever have an issue which is not very often I can always count on her and the rest of the service department! Keep up the great work!

Honestly a fantastic dealer. We own two vehicles one from another manufacturer and our Hyundai. We have had 4 Hyundai's and they have all been great vehicles. The sales people have always been pleasant, informative and easy to work with. The service department is awesome too. Just recently we had a transfer case go on a newer vehicle and Barb and the team got us in fast and fixed under warranty. Great Service and wonderful vehicles. Thanks Hyundai.

Tammy Doyle is personable while maintaining professionalism as a financial officer. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to details.

Anytime I have an issue with my car I always talk to Barb, either by phone or in person. She has to be the most pleasant person to deal with, she knows her stuff and makes sure you are well taken care of. I don’t think I would buy any other make of vehicle because I know I won’t get the same amazing customer service anywhere else. Keep up the great work Barb.

We recently purchased Elantra Hybrid - we expected a long waiting time, but we received the car after only two weeks. And what a car!:) Awesome experience, great service, very professional - especially Tamy and Candice who handled our purchase. Definitely would recommend - 6 stars out of five:)

Wanna give zero star, very unprofessional staff and charging money for the services not needed. Ask for supervisor to talk to and you see supervisors arrogant face and a nod saying “I don’t wanna talk”. Never coming back here

I was a customer of Saint John hyundai for 21 years until they decided not to fix my tucson. Had to tow this car in twice for a flashing engine light. They had the car on their lot for a total of 8 days and all they do is reset the code. What's worse is the sales team gives you the cold shoulder as well. Good ride center hyundai your not the only carmaker out there.

I will give them a three star rating because they exist. Went in to buy something for a friend waited then walked out and went to Canadian Tire and bought the items far cheaper.

Hey SJ Hyundai! Just wanted to say what an easy experience it was to work with Mo! I was extremely stressed out about returning my lease and the “what’s next”. Used and lied to at Saint John Hyundai today. Called shortly after 9AM to set up a test drive for 10: 30AM. Dan, the salesman called a few minutes later and told me the vehicle was being detailed and to come after lunch. I asked if 12: 30 was okay and he said it was. Driving into the parking lot at 12: 26, my husband and I noticed the vehicle we were supposed to be test driving leaving. Dan gave us a song and dance about he is only going to be 10 minutes, the person test driving was behind us in line, I had called first.etc. He gave us our trade in value, showed us what the payments would be, made some small talk. After waiting 45 minutes I asked if we were still waiting for the car to get back and he said yes. I then asked if it was going to be sanitized. He said yes. My husband asked again if were going to get to buy the car if we wanted. Suddenly, the answer changed. Dan told us this person had been in on Saturday and was back for a test drive. His manager later told my husband that he had just walked in. So why would you let someone leave with a car that someone had made an appointment for? They never had any intention of selling us the vehicle. We were used as a pawn for their negotiations. I told Dan we should leave and he asked us not to. I told him we would run some errands and come back. We did and they were in the process of selling the vehicle. They used us and wasted our day. We would have purchased something else from them today but they can't be trusted. Please take this into consideration when looking for an honest dealership that will bargain in good faith.

My wife and I called Saint John Hyundai for a test drive on a car yesterday. She asked if the car was still available, and made a appointment for a test drive at 10: 30. They called back 15 mins later and said they were detailing the car for us, and asked us if we could come in after lunch. We agreed we would meet at 12: 30, so we readied ourselves, and drove in to the dealership. Pulling in at 12: 26, I saw the car leaving. We met the salesman, Dan, inside, and I asked if that was the car. He admitted it was, but it was only out for a test drive, and would be back in 15 mins.

The salesman proceeded to make the deal, and appraised our car, and gave us several financing options. By this time, over 50 mins had elapsed, and I asked him if we were going to be able to see the car. He kept looking out the window for it, and tried to string us along. My wife said maybe we could go to Costco for some things and drop back. He said no, I dont want you to leave. We got up and left.

We came back 45 mins later to see the salesman, and the car was there. I went in and asked him if he sold the car He said someone was filling out a credit app on it. I asked to see the manager, and proceeded to speak with him. He admitted the people looking at the car were walk ins that entered the store a couple of hours ago. The salesman admitted the guy had actually come in the Sat before. The vehicle was not listed then I asked which one of them was lying, and the manager told me that there were like 6 people that had expressed interest in the vehicle. I told them that a deal was not a deal until it was signed on the dotted line, but there is thing called integrity, and that they didnt have any of it. I asked them "Is that what you do to customers"? I have bought 2 new vehicles from Hyundai, and never expected to be treated like this. My advice, RUN AND AVOID THIS UNSCRUPULOUS DEALER. They sat there yesterday and told us how ethical they were, and that they wouldn't lie to us, but they were lying the whole time. They are not fair dealing, using customers against each other as pawns. They really blew it, and I hope this helps the next person who may be considering this dealership
