Saint John Inn

Not a very nice location, no view of any kind but overall a decent place to stay. No pet fee which was really nice for a change. The staff were so friendly and nice. It's old and outdated but very clean. Only thing was the doors are old and have large gaps so you hear a lot of noise from the hallway. That was a bit frustrating for us and our pups. Overall though a good stop over on our road trip.

Very nice and clean... Great location to the Moosehead Brewery, fast foods, and other stores... There were a few annoying barking dogs...

Unfortunately they do not honor the free breakfast they advertise in their listing, instead they'll offer you a single cookie as to not come up as a straight up scam.

Room way to hot, air conditioning wasn’t working. Room was clean. In the morning room and hall stunk of cigarettes. I thought hotels/motels were supposed to be smoke free. Bathroom was clean, but there were burn marks in the sink and on side of tub and some stain covering bottom of the tub

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The location for the ferry to Nova Scotia is perfect. 5 minutes down the road. The room.overall the room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The TV is on cable.reminded me of rabbit ear quality from when I was a kid. No direct USB chargers so don't forget your block (we did). The bathrooms are clean but very old.

The hotel is a bit old but the room is nice and clean.no elevator to 2nd floor but the parking was easy, so we can bring our stuff from car right through the stairs

Beds were comfy. The room and hotel had a smoky old grandparents odor. The thermostat was not talking to the cooling unit that ran all night very loud. Also inn was sold recently and on arrival was informed breakfast is not longer an option. Would have been nice to have been informed of the change since booking mths ago.

Room was clean and staff friendly. The tv cable was poor and not able to watch. Wish they had an elevator

Nice big room this time. Quiet. Didn't try breakfast, never any vegan options.adjoining rooms for a single person

This inn is really recommendable because the price is amazingly legit but clean and even breakfast is not bad I expected nothing. The staffs are kind. If you are on your way to U. S boarder And want to find just staying one day, then I recommend this inn.

Kinda ghetto and smells weird but it's comfort inn so expect mediocrity. Beds are comfier than most comfort inns in Atlantic canada though.cool little outside area with horse shoes and what not.

While my opinion of the Comfort Inn franchise is usually fairly good, this time I am very disappointed. I agreed to sleep on the pull out couch so my friends and their toddler could share the king size bed. I understand pull out couch mattresses are not the best but this one was horrible. I could feel the springs through it! I could not sleep on it. We complained to the front desk and they brought two duvets folded in half which made it somewhat tolerable. The supporting backing was held on mostly by zip ties, some of which didn't reach or did not stay tied. I was in great pain each morning. I will be complaining to main office as well. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Lit confortable, bon emplacement, personnel sympathique. L'endroit pour déjeuner est trop petit. Nous etions tassés dans une pièce fermée de la grandeur d'une chambre. Ils pourraient enlever et prendre l'espace d'une deuxième chambre.

All good here.clean facilities, helpful staff, okay breakfast, great rates. The only negative is the industrial area it's in with limited walk-to restaurants. Overall we we're pleasantly surprised at how well everything was inside the hotel.

Great l place to rest your head amazing staff, and they have lovely little burger joint right in the hotel really worth checking out.

My family and I were given a wrong room, but the friendly staff admitted their mistake and very apologetic about it. The room was scary and stinky. We were booked for 2 days and on the second day of our stay, we left at 5am. Just couldn't stand the smell.

It was okay but the place is getting pretty rundown. It was clean and a cheap place to stay for the night but could use a refresh

If you've stayed in a Comfort inn in the early 90s you know exactly what your in for.has not changed one bit. Compared to other Comfort inns like Moncton East, this place is in a desperate need of a facelift.

Quiet, I work overnights so that is a big issue at a lot of hotels.and walk out rooms so I don't have to disturb the rest I f the hotel with my out of the norm hours.and close to amenities which is also a big thing for extended stays

Great location. Minutes from uptown.

Booked a room here through priceline. After asking for all my info including swiping my card, I was told that they overbooked and no rooms were available. When I asked for a refund, Andrea told me that I would have to handle that through priceline. Thankfully, I called while still there and they were able to contact the hotel for comfirmation (during which Andrea told them she did not know how to update her inventory). Priceline gave me all my money back + a 20% inconvenience fee. Andrea offered us NO help at all to get another room and even refused to allow my daughter to use the restroom while we figured out what to do. All of this occuring after midnight on a busy weekend. Thankfully, Andrew at the Travelodge next door was extremely helpful and found us accomodations elsewhere.
