Saint John Nissan

The service level is very low I dont understand why they never have spare parts, every time my vans need a replace for any part, they always take more than a week because they need to make the order, wait for the shippment and hopefully if there is any technician to do the job they will do it if not it's at least another wasted week.

Me and my father went in looking to purchase a vehicle, Not knowing to much of the process we were very worried. We had a outstanding team from Nissan help us along the way and made it super easy and smooth, Dave made looking and test driving the cars very informative and always asked of we needed anything, Jess was our final stop on the road to a new car and she was truly outstanding in her support and service, she went above and beyond in helping us find the right insurance, plans and made sure everything was as simple as a smile and a signature. Hands down I will be returning here in less then a year and will be sending everyone I know interested in purchasing a new car this way. As I could not be more pleased with the whole team.

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue Platinum, Chloe Pitre was our sales consultant, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles from power train to electronics, and a pleasure to deal with. Jessica Ackerson the Business Manager dealt with the warranties and financing, again very knowledgeable about all services provided at this dealership. I am not new to car buying, and both were excellent. I did not feel like I was being handled or over sold, and would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a 2018 HR-C EX mint condition from Nissan. Within a matter of a few days, my vehicle was financed, inspected, serviced, detailed and ready for the road thanks to the knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly service I received from sales agent, Chloe and finance business manager, Jessica Ackerson. I was pleased and extremely satisfied in doing business with Nissan Saint John staff.

Do NOT BUY a car from NISSAN, the transmission will FAIL exactly after the Warranty runs OUT and they will ask you to Pay the full amount for the replacement, Really EXPENSIVE. DO NOT BUY A NISSAN

Our sales person was very personable, funny, and definitely knew her product.she was recommended to us and would gladly pass along Choles name if someone was going in to look around.
Your finance dept needs to learn that self employed YES really do work.insulted once but twice and almost left.we called Chloe with our concerns as at that time the deal was going to be cancelled.she immediately said we would NOT deal with that person again and we thought we'd go in and see how things would be handled. Certainly with more respect and he had personality plus.because of him.yes we did get another new Rogue

UPDATE:

Following the review, they got back in contact with me and were able to arrange for me to get the car I wanted. I still feel like communication initially was outside of what I'd expect, but they remained very friendly throughout and got my business as a result.

Paid a deposit, organized financing, and paid for insurance on a car that was slated to be delivered in early November. I was told that delivery dates were actually coming slightly sooner in many cases, so I was careful to ensure my financing was in place ahead of time.

Then came multiple delays on Nissan's end, pushing it over a month from the original date. While I do understand, and believe them that the delays were out of their hands, this still left me carrying a loan that I took out based on information they gave me.

And delays are one thing, but to send emails saying "you can cancel or wait patiently like everyone else" is really not a strong way to inform a paying customer of their situation. It left me feeling like they simply didn't want my business because I wasn't financing through them.

So I canceled the deal.

I can not say enough about the great service I received from Jessica and Chloe. Jessica is just pure MAGIC! She kept me updated on everything the whole time and was just amazing to work with. These Ladies both made me feel like I wasn't just a customer but part of the family. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who asks.:)
