Every one of the staff are very friendly and great to deal with. Myself, and multiple family members all received excellent service on multiple occasions and great accommodation from Brad, Jessica, and Chris. You guys all rock!

Yet another disappointing experience with this dealership. They refuse to sell me a 2024 Taos without their ridiculous "east coast package" for an additional $999. That package includes $495 worth of floor mats, trunk liner and mud flaps, and apparently $505 to insert the floor mats and screw on some flaps. It's not the first time I've left the city to buy a VW elsewhere because Saint John refused to be reasonable. Good luck, folks!

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Saint John Volkswagen. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot with my old car, until I drove off the lot in my new car they were extremely friendly and helpful. I had all my questions answered, they respected my budget an preferences and didn’t force me into getting anything I didn’t want.

I recommend this dealership to anyone whether you’re looking for a used car or a new vw, they have a lot of options for you. Service dept, reception, sales, and finance teams are all incredibly easy to talk to.

They explained everything clearly and neatly, did the AS service quickly, texted me every progress, and finally, the staff were classy and dedicated as if it was their own work without getting tired. One honest response moves one thousand people’s hearts. I’m very happy with the service of this branch.

My personal impression is they “bait & switch” their used cars. Several of the nicer cars on their web site are long gone. I won’t write a novel here about my contact experiences a couple times over the last 3 months. Check it out yourself. I say Caveat Emptor.

I bought my Jetta (Etta) here a few years ago and have always had the best service. Shaunna is an angel on Earth and I hope VW knows how lucky they are to have her!

Deceivers. When buying a used car, they put photos of another car (the same but with better equipment). I made an appointment with them, told them that I was not from St. John. I came to them 170 km from home, to which they replied that this was the manager's mistake. For this, it is necessary to deprive the license of the entire car dealership.

Round two with this dealership. Again it’s a one star review because no stars isn’t an option.

I brought my Volkswagen Passat in for a simple job after an ECM replacement. After it being in the shop and multiple phone calls with the service advisors, the only person who seemed to know what was going on was the shop foreman who called me for more information about the car. I picked it back up today and payed a bill for labour on a car they couldn’t fix…. The dealership was unable to repair their own brand and I’m left with a car I can’t drive. That is what I’m taking away from this experience.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. If they spent more time to learn their product instead of being on TikTok, maybe this review would have a different ring to it.
