Nice restaurant. Service was slow. Potatoes were bland and cold and tasted like dehydrated boxed potatoes. They brought me more that were slightly less cold but still not hot or even warm. Asked for coleslaw instead of beans. Got beans anyway and not coleslaw. No one asked how our meals were.

Great food. Beautiful setting. Vanessa, our server, is very friendly and was wonderful to us. We'll be back for sure!

My mother and I went to this restaurant this summer, expecting an amazing dinner. This was my first experience at this restaurant but my mother had gone many times as did others that I know. Their experience has been very good and it was a restaurant that was highly recommended. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. It seemed that we waited a while before a server came to take our order. When we finally had our server (who was very nice) We both ordered the fish tacos. Unfortunately they were horrible! Both of our tacos were dry and lacking any seasoning or flavour. There was next to no filling as well. It was like eating leather. I explained to my server that it was inedible and she took my meal away (my mother didn’t want to make a fuss so she said it was fine) and I decided on fish cakes instead, which were ok. We were not charged for my tacos but our dinner experience was already ruined for us. I am surprised that a manager did not come to talk to me about our experience as I’m sure it is not every day that someone sends a meal back.

Read the menu, apparently people tell me I should have had the steak salad and I didn't even know it was an option.

I have been often and it's always been a fantastic experience! Today I was here with a family member from out of town who has never been before and he had a fantastic experience as well! He loved everything about it! Our waitress Vanessa was a delight and made the whole meal wonderful!

Food and service were both good. Some of the dishes could have been seasoned a little more. One of the wait staff made an inappropriate comment about asian people - in a room full of asian people, which I found very distasteful. Beautiful, expansive views of the golf course was a somewhat redeeming quality of the place.

The food was good, but not for the value. It was basically pub grub. 1 app (garlic bread which tasted like a frozen grocery store bread warmed up), 2 dinners (pasta was. Bland, but the southern style buttermilk chicken was good), and a bottle of wine for $185. Our waitress was awesome, so that is always a plus.

Came here on a whim as it was just off the highway. Everyone enjoyed their meal, we had the cobb salad and the Atlantic fish cakes. Everything appeared to have been prepared on site. The servings were generous including the kids meals.

While on a recent day trip to Fredericton we decided to check out Sam Snead's at the Kingswood Resort and we were not disappointed. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is very relaxing, the food was delicious and the service was lovely. We had the Classic Baja Fish Tacos, Fried Chicken Tenderloins and a slice of Key Lime pie. We enjoyed everything and I have to say the Curry Aioli that came with the Sweet Potato fries was amazing!

All in all its ok, nice location overlooking the golf course, food was OK, nothing to write home about, just bring a coat as the restaurant was freezing when we were there.

The server, Vanessa, was excellent. Her friendly personality and way of making you feel like a friend right away made for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I had the days special, which was chicken shawarma, and it was great. Vanessa encouraged me to try the Kale salad which was a new experience for me and it certainly didn’t disappoint. She was gracious about answering my questions regarding the health benefits of Kale vs Lettuce and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I would recommend Sam Sneads to everyone for a great meal and equally great atmosphere. I will be sure to come back!

My server was amazing, the food was okay at best. I purchased the wagu burger, but I think they charred it a little too much. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food to show up, and I never did get my second glass of water.

Bacon wrapped salmon was excellent! Burgers were excellent as well. One server only was busy but pleasant.

Always delicious, only negative was our waitress never came to check on us until we were done. She still got a good tip because there were a lot of golfers there.

Food was ok overall - we had lobster roll, steak and burger. Lobster roll was delicious, burger was average, and the steak was slighlty chewtly but flavourful. Service was great and very friendly.

Staff were amazing went above and beyond out expectations. Tried the fried chicken tenderloin, it was the most amazing chicken I have ever eaten. An absolute must.

Great meal. Very rare to find a chef that can cook a blue steak. Very well done. We've never had a bad meal at Sam Snead's. Vanessa our server was fantastic. We had a great evening in large part because of her. Sensational attitude, sense of humor and personality. Very highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant, great views, incredible food and really wonderful service. I have been a few times and am always blown away at the quality of the food, the classy decor and the attention to detail with gluten free diners. Our team member was Caitlyn M and she was an absolute joy. The views from the restaurant and deck are some of the most beautiful in the province. Highly recommended!

We couldn't decide between the grilled or the fried fish tacos. So we got both. Then we both had one of each kind. And then couldn't decide which one was better. Will have to go back again just to experiment some more. Delicious food.

Best damn blue steak in America. Wish I had the chef as my own private chef. Too bad I’m broke

I had high hopes for this restaurant. I was here June 22 2023. I ordered the 10oz ribeye medium rare with mashed potatoes. The food arrived an hour after we ordered it. The steak was not seasoned at all and very overcooked. The potatoes did not taste like anything. I was very disappointed in my meal as I had high expectations for this place. We were a group of 8 and most in the group had similar thoughts. The drinks were good and the waiter was very nice. Unfortunately I will not be back anytime soon.

Nice restaurant for a special lunch or supper with friends or family overlooking a beautiful golf course. There are two cozy outdoor patios in the warmer months as well. Good menu, especially the Cobb salad, flatbread and ribs.

Christine was excellent helping with the event we had in the Fedora room. Vanessa and Marissa were amazing and very friendly servers. They did a superb job dealing with our group.
