Seaside Beach Resort

Booked the Sandpiper cabin for 2 nights. Liked it so much we booked for 2 more. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view. Within walking distance of shopping and food. Showed our neighbors pics when we returned home and they have booked the same cabin.

We love Seaside Beach, our home away from home whenever we visit St Andrews. The cottages are tidy, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the view is spectacular. Great for families.

Upon arrival was good, we were checked into our requested water view cabin by the daughter of the owner. Approximately 4 hrs afterwards, she came back knocking, (with other clients at her side) telling us we had been placed in the wrong cabin and had to leave and be taken to another cabin. We abided this and were put into a cabin that was not water view and was in the bottom of the office near the street. We told her we had booked a water view, as were were on our honeymoon.so she told us that she is human and makes mistakes. We decided to be understanding and stay. We spent the next 2 nights listening to heavy foot above us, with the second night being til 1 am. The next morning, being the day to leave, we awoke after 9am after not being able to get to sleep til after the noise above stopped. I was sipping my first coffee, when I noticed a man cupping his face and looking into my window. I opened the door and asked if there was a problem. The man said he was seeing if we were gone or not. I asked if he was the owner and he sheepishly replied yes. I told him what we had experienced at his resort since checking in and that I did not appreciate the experience of being moved in that manner or the noise above, let alone being a rushed feeling of having to leave. He simply shrugged and had no apologies whatsoever of the events, but did say that he and his daughter were living upstairs above us and that if she was up half the night, he slept fine and didn't know.we won't be back.

Beautiful quiet just what we needed.
2nd year at this spot, different accommodations. Beautiful scenery, beautiful flowers everywhere. Well kept. Will be back next year. A couple of umbrellas on the front deck was the only thing lacking.

Pleasantly surprised with the clean nice cozy rooms. Everything was super clean and the rooms had everything you could want. The kitchenette was well equipped. Loved staying here.

Very clean and the view was amazing. I accidentally forgot my ring after check out and the staff was helpful and helped me find my ring extremely thankful.

I absolutely loved this resort. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, cozy living room area, close to the water and walking distance to everything in St Andrew. Will definitely be back

The ONLY place I stay when visiting Saint Andrews. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. It’s a relaxing spot.

Superb. This place was such a delight—so lovely and comfortable—that we stayed an extra night. Clean, charming, right on the water. Don’t hesitate.

Went there for a week, wasn't to bad very small showers I must add, customer service was not good, we did do take out for 3 days and made a supper one night, although we were not told but I guess we had to do our 2 plates and 2 forks for the dishes! That's all there was even know there was no dish soap to do them we received a call letting us know we are not allowed back there, as we do travell for work this is my first time running into this problem! I would not recommend this place to someone not to mention all the ac units are linked so if you change yours you'll change them all! Only reason it gets 2 stars is the place was kept up to date and clean even know after the conversation on the phone they should really get a 1 star but I try to be honest with my reviews

Worst part of our trip is that we did not stay longer beautiful place and great people, David and me had a great chat and meet two beautiful women from Ottawa, they have been going there for 25 yrs, I understand why

My best friend and I just stayed here for a few days and we loved it! This is one of the cutest resorts I’ve ever been to. It has a great spot to relax and watch the boats and sunsets! The place is very clean and is within walking distance to nearly everything! We regret not booking a longer stay. Definitely recommend this place!

Nice spot and cute cottages.

Pros: close to downtown, nice cottages, beautiful view, right on beach, accommodating owners.

Cons: internet barley worked, the showers didn't have much hot water, confusing spot, sometimes hard to track down the owners, need more staff, kind of grumpy too

Our go to place to stay. Location is perfect for us and we love it no matter what cottage unit we end up staying in. Clean, comfy, and the units have most everything you will need.

Very well maintained property.
Common area with games and plenty of seating at the waterfront. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent views of the bay and cottage was clean and super cute, however customer service at this place is terrible! The guy at front desk didn't look at us at all or smile, he just seemed extremely angry with life and hated his job, this happened on multiple occasions too. And the lady working told us to go in and go to bed when we were outside on our balcony (talking) no music or being loud with another couple who were staying next door. Anyway, definitely won't come back to this downer of a place, hope life gets better for people working here.

Very relaxing and peaceful, mind, it was early April and there was not a lot of vacationers.

The best. We loved it here. Wonderful place to stay with living room and kitchen and right on the water. Great bed great mattress great shower great blankets. Just like home.

We stayed overnight and we were blown away at how great it was! Our room was handcrafted by the owner and it felt like every detail was meticulously thought out. It has some very old-fashioned design mixed with modern features. The location was minutes within walking distance for most of what St. Andrews has to offer. When we return to this charming seaside town, we are definitely going to book another room here.

This place is wonderful! So clean! Wonderful views a friendly and accommodating staff we will be returning based on our stay at Seaside! They should get more stars! Go see them but book in advance they are usually booked. A+ Again, so so clean. Every nook and cranny spotless.
