Hello,
Went to the store to do shopping on my Birthday.
I was looking for specific combo’S / Sephora favourites, they had not displayed any of the Sephora favourites. I asked the Staff and they confirmed it’s inside and part of strategy they don’t display. I asked them to show me the options, the employee agreed. When approached the manager (on duty at 5-6Pm on august 8th, in Dieppe store) did not agree to show the products and bluntly said they have not received the stock and did NOT show me not even 1 Sephora favourites. Everything I asked she said it’s out of stock. Let me repeat the STAFF Confirmed it’s available and inside, they just don’t display which is part of a strategy they follow. Manager was clearly lying.
2. On the counter, there was a lady on the right side of the counter (on duty on a Aug 8th around 5: 30-5: 45) who kept asking when’s your birthday to every client ahead of me, when I reached she did not bother to ask. I only initiated and asked her as it was my birthday today. They mentioned I had received in march (I did not have birthday in march, they gave me freebies and I took it and I was genuinely not aware it was birthday gift)
When she said that she was very rude and wasn’t polite and rushing for the next client.
I have visited this store many a times and mostly people are friendly but today manager was lying clearly and lady in the counter was favourable to certain people.
3. I had a gift card which was given to me from a different country. They did not accept it stating it’s not in cad and it did not work in the scanner. It was a Sephora giftcard from Sweden. The lady on the counter was very impatient when I asked her to check.
Fine, it doesn’t work it doesn’t work. Why get so impatient to rush it and being rude it will not work.
But chole was really helpful with explanation and friendly.
Very disappointing and I shouldn’t have gone on my birthday to ruin my mood.

Left with nothing staff was not friendly just kept walking passed me. Might try again sometime

Went there last week during the Sephora sale to buy a specific apple juice peel pregnancy mask but instead was given the one the wrong one that contains Retinol in it! Only realiser when went home but it was too late to return it as it was the last day for the sale! I would have saved $12 in it and now bc the sale is over I am not going to get the pregnancy peel mask but such a good deal!
Sephora Moncton please train your staff properly! Thank goodness I didn’t use the Retinol!

Went in to get help with a problem, I had Louisa help me. She was AMAZING! Knew what she was talking about, helped me get everything I needed (and more). When I said I’m not that good with make up her immediate response was “you’re great at it, there are no rules in make up”. Made us feel welcomed. Truly a great experience! She 10/10 deserves a raise!

Super friendly and helpful staff! The store was organized and packed with people! It was a little difficult to get around without bumping into someone but I got what I needed quickly as the line moved so fast!

@Sephora in the Champlain Place Mall and bought "under eye cream" from the very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. The staff explained the product and I felt comfortable in my purchase.

Excellent service even with Covid restrictions! The staff were very helpful, very knowledgeable, and accommodating! Despite there being Covid rules and restrictions, the staff had helpful tricks to assist me in finding the right shades and colours.
Very pleased with the variety of products, as well as the large selection. Possibly overwhelming if you don't how what you want - but that's where the helpful staff come in!

Staff was great and helped me find what I was looking for, they are crazy knowledgeable, the free gift I got has made me fall in love with a few new products too. Prices for some things are high but they are excellent.

Staff very kind and helpful, they helped find the best eyebrow pencil to match my hair color. I love this store! I found all the products I needed.

Staff clearly explains the safety precautions and is excellent with sanitizing after customers. Staff is also very friendly

Customer service in this store is terrible. I have gone there twice and left both times without buying anything. I don't know how they manage to sell anything there. Only 1 of the sales people seemed willing to help anyone!
