Claimed no one was home when I was there. Driver never even came out my way. Now I'm expected to drive an hour to pick up my parcel. Absolutely useless company

Tracy at this location was absolutely amazing, I had called about a print job in a panic and she went well above my expectation. Highly recommend going here, when everywhere else said no UPS said yes!

Owners were incredibly helpful. Repackaged a box I was shipping to be able to offer me a cheaper solution. Explained every step and reason behind the process.
Finally - they were very friendly.

I sent my luggage on Friday and they said it will come to my house in next Monday. But today is Saturday and I still wait.
