Shoppers Drug Mart

I purchased a $100 gift card for an Xmas gift. After accepting payment through theit debit machine, the machines malfunctioned and did not provide a receipt.

After wasting 30 minutes waiting for a receipt, I left and returned on the 27th. Upon returning, they continue to state that they cannot see the transaction and cannot provide me a receipt nor a refund. This is after I showed them the transaction on my debit card.

Be careful when purchasing items from the store as the staff seem to lack the ability to address problems and are content with taking customers money without providing adequate services.

Fast and friendly customer service. A cashier opened another checkout when she noticed a lineup.
It was a seamless transition transferring our prescriptions here from out of province.
We appreciated being able to get an updated Covid vaccine and a flu vaccine as a walk in service.

The most incompetent group of pharmacists/assistants I have ever witnessed… absolutely ridiculous

Well let me tell you! When my bus glided into this establishment parking lot I was in a confusion! Whaa? Mary sue was as confused as I was. Of course someone who sat at the front of the bus would be. Anywho, like I said I was looking for Jean Coutu but the wind brought me here that day. I made my way down the bus and into this store. I stopped and turned to Mary Sue, I shook my cane at her, she knew what it meant. Upon entrance I was struck by a black and dazzling interior! Was this Mecca? No. It was the makeup department. I smirked. Mary sue would need some of this! I laughed to myself mischievously, we can't all look like a spring chicken like myself! I stopped and winked at the makeup attendant lady. She knew what it meant.

I directed Mary sue to creams, she would need all she could get. I shimmied and shammied my way to the hair dye, I was in for a hot new look.

The bus was ready to depart, Mary sue was stuck at the self checkout while I checked my self out if you know what I mean. I winked to my reflection, I knew what it meant. Next time the bus better stop at Jean Coutu, none of this funny business.

Booked flu vaccinations. The nurse administering the vaccine was really awful with my 6 year old. Rushed and rough. To be clear - there was no line for vaccines apart from us, and no long lines at the pharmacy, so no reason to behave like this.
She was fine with my vaccine - but I would caution taking a child there as you may be unfortunate enough to get this woman.

Staff were patient and friendly. Large parking lot that is easy to get in and out of. Good selection of products. The pharmacists and their staff are very helpful in finding products on the shelves.

I love this place for buying some cosmetic stuffs, Getting medicine and.
It's always clean, open and available.

Frustrated that when you call you either get hung up on or you wait on hold for an hour to speak to the pharmacy.
