Shoppers Drug Mart

Booked appointments for flue shot and the pharmacist Greg didn’t show up. Was told to come back for walk ins next week.

I usually only go to shoppers to get vaccinations because it's down the street from my house and it's quick to get there and back but today shows that I will never go to shoppers for vaccines again. Last week, I made an appointment online for today at 2pm to get my flu shot. I show up at around 1: 55pm and tell them that I am there for my appointment and they said "we don't have anyone here that are doing vaccines today, you'll have to book for another day" first of all, what's the point in giving the option to book an appointment if no one will be there at the appointment time? Secondly, if I knew no one would be there I would've just booked it at another pharmacy since today was my only available day to get it. So not only was it a waste of my time, Now I need to wait until next week when I'm available again.

Made appointment for vaccinations. I presume the person who administered them was a pharmacist but it wasn't obvious from his appearance. Very unkempt looking guy, grungy clothing, not wearing the white coat or even a name tag, didn't wear gloves or a mask. Very rushed and no bandages applied to the injection sites.
My usual pharmacy was not giving vaccines for another 2 weeks and I would be attending meetings this week with large number of people so opted for Shoppers which did not inspire confidence.
