I had grabbed some Advil cold & sinus off the shelf. It did not specify on the box whether it was drowsy or non drowsy. I asked the pharmacist if she knew, she came to the counter and instead of saying "yes" or "no" she told me she would not answer my question and to go to the back of the consultation line.
I was not consulting on a prescription. The laziness is getting a bit ridiculous.

This Shoppers is so backed up and never get your prescriptions ready on time. You can call 3 days in advance, they say it will be ready by 430. It never is. You still have to wait an extra hour at least. What really makes me angry is, I try to use med ready so I don't have to call them. They do not update the prescriptions in the computer. I have called because my prescriptions say 0. They say we have new ones on file. We'll how about you add them on my account so I don't have to call in to speak with someone. And wait on hold forever.

Great selection, helpful staff always smiling. Cosmetics employee helped me grab the face cream I was looking for- on sale in a combo box for the same price!

I go here mostly for the post office.

Purely incapable of staffing or running an effective post office. One of the most frustrating places to be forced to deal with in Oromocto.

Two bad experiences, separate domains. Won't be rushing to this location for anything important in the future. One was a passport photo situation I can move on from but still very disappointed in a pharmacist who gave bad advice. Went in one evening sick with a very dry cough, newly pregnant. Pharmacist seemed annoyed I had approached asked for help, not knowing what was safe to take. She suggested an assortment of decongestants and walking away. Left me to choose between the very vague options. I got home and was looking forward to trying something for some sleep, desperate for some relief. After going over the instructions it says "do not take if pregnant". I didn't go back that night, feeling defeated and annoyed a HealthCare professional didn't care about real advice or help whom I trusted. After speaking to another pharmacist at a different location, they had said pregnant women should not be taking any sort of decongestant spray and gave me better advice. Do better. Wouldn't trust her opinion again.
