Shoppers Drug Mart

I go here for my prescription because the pharmacy staff is amazing (and this branch is closest to my house)! They are really helpful and friendly and have accommodated me a couple of times when I needed my script quickly. Otherwise I'll shop at another location for everything else because their shelves are filled with expired products:/. I always have to check the dates and I'm tired of it. I've worked at shoppers before and we were checking expitres in the whole store weekly.but apparently they don't. Too bad.

As far as Shoppers locations go, this one is pretty good. I can usually find what I'm looking for here. The store is kept pretty clean and tidy.
I respect and appreciate that the majority of the pharmacy staff continue to wear masks for the vulnerable clients who need to come in for medication.

This review is based on a few visits but most recent is an example. In looking for an item that we found on Shoppers website for this location. Showed 7 in stock but no location in the store. As always, we gave an honest effort to find it then went to cosmetics where we were directed to an isle. Searched and still could not find. Another associate did not know what the item was, fair enough. The store was very slow, plenty more associates than customers yet none of them wanted to involve another or stick with us until we found it. We left after 20 minutes and ordered it from Amazon. Hard to leave money here.

Pharmacists are incredible here. Always willing to help and give advice. Switched from Costco pharmacy and couldn't be happier.

Their pharmacy has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced with SDM. One of the most professional pharmacy teams I’ve encountered. I know because my mother was the associate owner of three model stores, so I recognize and appreciate it when a retail pharmacy has an efficient and caring concern for dispensing medications. Everyone wants theirs filled at the speed of light, so let’s be reasonable about getting your script in line, being nice to the pharmacist, and saying thank you when they double check yours for safely. - Thank you June, John, and most importantly the rest of the pharmacy team:)

Great variety of skincare.

Parking is plenty.

I bought hair dye here and the bottles of colour developer in them had been switched. When I called to let them know, so it didn't happen to somebody else, I was dismissed and asked "well what do you want me to do about it? " Um, idk. Maybe check the bottles to see if anymore have been tampered with. Anyway, I don't recommend shopping here.

I had a uti and the pharmacist June was the most helpful person ever.
I recommend this pharmacy to everyone now
