Shoppers Drug Mart

The store is great, but the pharmacy needs to figure their sh out. Whatever phone texting refill system they have is absolutley inconsistent. Everytime I go there its different staff. Both my wife and I received wrong prescription doses and amounts at one point. My wife even received SOMEONE ELSE'S prescription.a totally random person from another household.not even close to the same name or address.like cmon man. That coukd be dangerousm check your meds before taking them.

The convenience of this pharmacy and its opening hours is great but everything else is horrible. You can not get a hold of anyone on the phone and I have waited on hold for over an hour before. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way to the pharmacy just to ask for a refill and THEN go back home and go back again once it’s ready. I can’t use the automated system on the phone because then you have to wait a minimum of 48 hours to be able to pick it up. It’s truly ridiculous.

Unhelpful pharmacy technician! I wanted to get a prescription at 8: 30pm on November 6th 2023 and the technician didn’t want to pass it under my spouse’s insurance and requested a proof of insurance. I’m not going home to get something she already has on file, this is idiotic! We have the same address and she could have called my spouse but no, I guess someone didn’t want to be helpful and do her job! No, I never received and insurance card lady! The store is about to close and I’m not going home to get the info, I’m going elsewhere! I hope shediac gets a new pharmacy, maybe once you get competition you might get your act together and care about your clients! I hope the unprofessional technician reads this and starts looking into a career that would be a better fit for her lack of empathy and customer service skills! Never going back to shoppers drug mart! Adios!

I’ve been on the phone listening to music for a half hour. No customer service. I tried sending a message, that didn’t work and the phone call isn’t working. I refuse to drive from Moncton to Shediac to fix a problem they made.

This store has an excellent cosmetics area. It’s clean & organized and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I never get customer service anywhere like I do at this Shoppers. If I am just browsing I tell them and they leave me alone but when I have a question they are always helpful with skincare and they have knowledge to share. They give suggestions but don’t pressure sell. They offer me to try on the makeup if they have testers to do so. They always clean the tester off first. And I feel the girls are honest with me with suggestions. Not selling me something that I don’t need. The prices at Shoppers are not cheap so I have higher expectations when shopping here. They know the PC Optimum deals and always highlight them and help me get more points!

Was the ONLY person in there and waited 56min for a 30 pill refill never AGAIN will I go NEVER plus they were very rude,

The person taking my prescription didn't even look at me when I went to the counter she took the script usually they confirm your name, DOB, and doctor.they don't seem to know what they are doing. I tried to call them to see if it was ready on hold for 1 hour and 10 min no one ever picked up

I no longer call for a prescription or any questions I may have as they do not answer the phone.several time they did not have the medication in the right dosage. I am very disappointed in this pharmacy I am thinking of changing to another one.

I’ve been trying to call the store all day any department …. No one I mean no one is answering the phone! Not acceptable! I only gave a star to give a review this store doesn’t deserve a star!

When I had to transfer my prescription, I received the help of the wonderful staff there, and they helped me find everything else that I needed. Thanks!

Even in these hard times where it’s super difficult to find people that want to work you guys still manage to keep it together way to go guys!

Good service at the pharmacy, as everyone else doing they seem to have a hard time recruiting people at the cash register. Nice store, well maintained.

Multiple attempts to call and verify prescriptions met with 30 plus minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is the norm not the exception and having been into the business it is not that busy all the time. 30 mins plus every time you call is excessive and ridiculous.

Theres a guy at the cosmetics counter that is so bubbly he just puts you in a good mood. His name is Shawn. Keep ur eyes peeled and see for yourself. Hes the guy who smiles and greets you when you walk in

Nice Shopper's, but the pharmacy lacks of customer services. Impossible to reach by phone, takes more than 72h to renew a prescription.
