So fun. The only issue is it is a bit pricey. If you live nearby it would definitely be best to get a membership. We will definitely go again next time we're in town.

Kids had a blast at my son's birthday party and I'm so impressed with how smoothly everything went - from the online booking to the quick check-ins, party table/food was right on time (and so delicious), friendly staff and just lots of fun for all ages. Super happy with our first Skyzone birthday experience!

Booked a birthday party here. It was a great time, kids wanted to jump longer though. (which is a $5 option per child).
It was a little pricey, but the whole process was easy, stress free and fun for everyone involved, so it's worth it I suppose:)

This was our first and last time at skyzone. For the price of admission I felt kinda ripped off.
The entire area is just grungy looking. Very dirty throughout the entire building (bathrooms (both male and female were disgusting) entrance, boot area, floors, play areas)
Some guy is announcing random things over the speaker system that you can't really make out, unnessary added noise to an already noisy environment which is expected.
They have these rules which I understand such as only one kid per piece of equipment, however there are so many kids that it's impossible to maintain that rule so your constantly hearing from the "supervisors" that your kid can't do this or that. Just becomes annoying and overcrowded feeling. Which comes to the point that they are not either maintaining the proper kid ratio, or have a better set up to keep the rules in place.
Designated Times should be set up to allow for older jumpers (16 PLUS) to alleviate the strain on the workers. Also for safety as I watched a 160 lb man bulldoze a young kid (5 maybe) on the trampoline.
The equipment looks dirty, and old.
I did the survey they send out after to share your experience. I shared my disappointment and they offered me half off a 60 minute jump session AFTER you purchase your first 60 minute jump session. They want me to actually pay to come back to that dirt hole.
However the garlic fingers were good despite us having a dirty table to sit at we still decided to eat at this establishment which hindsight being 2020 probably wasn't the best idea.

All they do there is follow the poor little children around to make sure they are wearing the masks properly? Pathetic!

Really friendly staff, good mixture of fun and competitiveness! You'll enjoy every visit!

Not fun at all anymore. I know they don’t make the rules, but most other places in moncton are already way less stingy about masks. It’s impossible to have fun suffocating with a mask on at all times. I expected a lot better out of a new location too.
