Miss miss miss Sobeys mountain rd first of all having the dumbest loss prevention floor walker in history following me around 30 minutes but that's not the miss I suffer from very bad anxiety and ptsd I have an emotional support dog that helps me deal with day to day life walking out after paying for my things I see the cart collector in my truck window barking at my dog making my 100lbs doberman go belistic In my 2 seater truck so badly that my dog completely trashed my truck how do you think this effects my dog in the future and sending my own anxiety and ptsd through the roof no manager on duty to speak with I did speak with Mike the stand in for the evening he was very professional so a hit for him but never again will I be stepping foot in this location again I am beyond livid I work hard to have my dog properly trained and this was completely unacceptable

Will always be MonctonMall to me but store and staff are great very friendly, helpful.and fun.zstorr is clean food good.

Nice supermarket, but I believe some promo are dishonest, e.g bread showed 2 for $7 but when reached counter it was $4.79 each.

Good neighborhood grocery store. I like that they have quite hours. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I like to go there for the Salmon cuts

You can always find good deals on food, specially on weekends. The self-check out machines work very well and they still have traditional cashiers available.

Very spacious and lots of products to choose from. The only thing I would say negatively about the place is that everything is scattered throughout the store and not properly places in their designated aisles as you would think. Pricing is on par with other grocery stores.

We stopped in to pick up some snacks here a couple of times when we were in the area on vacation. The store layout is a little bit different than the one down home but it was still quite nice. We found that the pricing was relatively consistent between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The staff were pleasant as well. I mean it's a grocery store so I really can't say all that much about how great it is but our experience here at the time in question was pretty good

I have always enjoyed shopping at Sobeys vs other grocery stores, and I was hesitant about them changing from Airmiles to Scene points.but in the first Month I have already saved $40 without changing my buying habits.this would take me a year with Airmiles

Excellent customer service from Lewis. You get all the 5 stars. You came back from your break early to help me out. Lewis is so smart and has awesome customer service. Great store. Older male security guard got in my face because I stayed too long because my chauffer got lost. Couple of my chums had issues with him as well. Otherwise great.

Meat department is very clean, and often stocked up on items. Likewise with the bakery, it is a bit more expensive, but worth the quality. However-

I have boycotted this location for 2 years after being unlawfully followed by a security guard. I deal with extreme social anxiety this was NOT appreciated. I went in again this month, and was followed by a young male employee through 3 isles. Who also uncomfortablely made his presence known while I was paying for my items at the cash.
There is also one cashier, an older lady who works days. She is not friendly at all, I want to give her the benefit of doubt each time, but she fails to make a positive impression.

I like this location, and appreciate the sensory hour that Sobeys does once a week. But if I get followed, or poor service again I will NEVER support this location again.

This is coming from someone who goes to this north end Sobeys 3 to 4 times a week.

So business my number one shopping area I find I have everything I need in there and the people are very friendly

I love this store. Its not too big but it has a great selection. Its always very clean and the staff go out if their way to be helpful

Overall, this is a nice store. It is clean and has pretty much everything you need. The only issue I feel that needs attention is the self checkout. These units don't work well and it can be frustrating. Employees are all very friendly and helpful.

Not too bad for a Sobeys!
Layout is pretty standard for a grocery store. Fairly well stocked, I've never had much trouble getting what I need.
Usually pretty decent deals, and, if you have airmiles, can get a decent amount back through it.
Only issue is sometimes a bit too few cashiers, but, I usually go later on weekends, too, so, take this with a grain of salt.

The butchers here are awesome. For special occasions or my epic creations, I come here for quality, service and even inspiration.

Really helpful and genuinely engaged management. Wanted to make absolutely certain we had found everything we were looking for and when they found that we were searching for something they didn't carry, they searched existing inventory and brought to the front a successful alternative. Highly recommended.
