Sobeys Regent St

The selection of products aren't great but I know it's a smaller location. Not my first choice for grocery stores.

Meat section was not very impressive, I was getting sliced meat for my sandwichs for work and he walked away after cutting a bit. I wish he would've been more patient with someone who is trying to shop by herself and hard of hearing. I will not buy meat from there again, it used to be my favorite store to shop at. I'm telling others to stay away from the meat area from now on.

I love this Sobeys. Its my fav store in Fredericton to shop in. The shelves are always stocked and the employees are always very friendly and helpful which I appreciate. Keep up the great work Team!

It was clean and neat. Well organized and I was able to pick up what I needed without any trouble. They could always open an extra cash to facilitate the customers.

I have NEVER had a negative experience at this store! Staff is very professional, polite and always willing to help. Spoke to manager concerning his employees and he was so pleased to hear what I had to say. It is one of my top places to shop here in Fredericton.

I was pleasantly surprised coming in here to see the amazing layout. Finding the salad section was not hard at all and they had a good variety. I would like to make one critique as far as the salads with chicken go. Grilled chicken would be a much healthier alternative to the breaded chicken that I seen. The variety made for a tough decision but the freshness and flavors were worth it. When I got to the cash there was no wait and I was greeted by a friendly face. Thanks for the great experience.

Asked for rainbow frustrated cupcakes for my son's 2nd birthday. Came out looking like toothpaste, not pleased. I was hoping to avoid making it myself by ordering them, but should have just done it myself. At least they taste good even if they are ugly.

Consistently a good place to go for a quick trip to pick up immediate cooking/grocery needs. Also if you like vanilla coke, it's the only place in the city that sells it year round!

I actually meant to call when I got home to tell u what a delight Jane was on the cash! I kind of overheard from the previous customer, that she was new on the job, and I just want to tell u, to tell her, what a delight she was, learning the job, friendly, etc.for all of us doing new jobs these days, it is a must to b understanding of the learning curve! She is awesome!

To Sobeys, I no longer feel safe in your store since you changed your check-outs back to the old ways. As long as we are still in a global pandemic, businesses should be still doing what they can to limit the spread which you are no longer doing to product our vonurable citizens, not your bottom line.

Very helpful and great staff! They make a point to always say hello and remember their regular customer names. As a group they stand out and make each customer feel like a valued member of the community.well done!

The modest size of the store but good selection makes this a very efficient place to shop. Staff are generally effective and friendly.

Love that the beer cooler is in the check out line. But can you please sell Michelob Ultra in Tall boys? Not just in a room temperature 6 pack.

Sobey is not the store to shop at because most everything is little more expensive than regular stores

Store is well organized, clean. Best part is the bakery. Other than that all things are expensive. Even the same brands can be purchased for half the price from walmart. Produce collection is poor. Atlantic Superstore can be a good choice for produce than sobeys. However customer service is average. I personally dont see any troubles so far. Its another average store. Nothing special than other Sobeys stores.

The only Sobeys I will go to. The staff are kind, friendly and always ready to help. The store is kept clean and well in stock. During the pandemic, the staff are staying very meticulous in cleaning and wearing a mask, even behind the plastic barriers. Hats off to them!

The Deli & Bakery are excellent to work with. The staff went above & beyond to provide safe (all individually wrapped and labelled) and delicious lunches for our training this week - THANK YOU

Nice to shop at a place that does not force you to wear a mask. Sobeys will always get my business over the superstore.

Pharmacist William Hau was amazing! THE BEST pharmacist I have ever met! Very passionate, knowledgeable and concerned about helping people with their health needs! Would highly recommend this pharmacist to anyone! Fantastic person! Not a pill pusher, takes the time to ask the proper questions and direct people to their suitable needs. Wonderful guy!

A little easier to move around compared to Prospect. Staff today was friendly and helpful (as I am sure they always are).

Only regular cash registers (no express checkout) but they added employees when line was long.

What's a great place to go get some groceries and I was really clean there and really really nice customer service

Not the best selection out of everything in downtown Fredericton, but it has enough and it's in a good location. It's also actually a great place to get a quick and cheap lunch. I like the wings.

I'm from Texas, and my family and I been there a few times during our visit in New Brunswick. Very low volume and nicer clean store!

Perfect shopping area accommodating seniors with small portion items, clean veg display, helpful staff and polite service. Less choice than the larger stores but all the essentials are available and a heck of a lot less walking.

Great service. No wait at the checkouts; multiple aisles for fewer items at supper time. Good product offering.

Beautiful new store. Feels more like a market and has some things that are not at other locations.

It was great to visit Sobeys today. The floor staff were awesome. The clerk was a little unfriendly, but not unkind.

Expensive! Didn't realize how expensive until I saw bun bread I usually at another store for $3.49 at $5.99 in sobers. That's not right!

Good shopping for what they have but no additional hardware or clothing items as Walmart has making Walmart a one stop shopping place.

Good enough selection for the area, but very pricey. Walmart's still better but too far from UNB campus
