Speedy Auto Service Fredericton

On my way back to Quebec, and the car made an incredible loud sound when I started it that morning. These guys accepted to take my case in emergency. Less than an hour everything was working fine and the price reasonable. The four hours trip has been made safely. I highly recommend.

I called to get a quote on getting a chip filled and they quoted me the price at $8. I brought my car in for the appointment and it took well over an hour to get it done. I was expecting 30-45 minutes max. Then I’m charged $79 for the service. They didn’t include the cost of labour when they quoted me over the phone. So disappointed with the customer service.

Had such a positive experience. Shaun (Sean? Sorry, many variations of the name) was such a positive guy to work with at the desk (even at 7: 30 in the morning). Had I gone to subaru to do the work on my exhaust, it would have cost me 4 times as much.

Nice sitting area with water, coffee and comfy seating, I have very little to complain about:) will 100% be back if I have any problems with my car again!

I booked an appointment and when I got there I was told I dont have appointment. What is the use of doing appointment if not properly done? Its a very simple task to do. I will never EVER go back there. I have a previous very bad experience back then thats why I dont book there because people are rude. There are lots of good reviews probably because they are choosing the people they want to be polite with based of skin color.

I had some confusion with the online appointment, they are not open on Saturday. I went to do a Friday drop off for what I thought was a Saturday appointment. They took a look at it right away and welded my muffler on before closing, truly champions.

First time going and so far the process has been great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who clearly want to help!

Mechanics lied to my face, got called out and backed right down. I worry about what kind of scams they're pulling with people who don't know every inch of their vehicle like I did.

My son brought a vehicle here for a pre inspection before purchasing a used vehicle. Very polite and took the time to explain what was wrong without feeling rushed. Thank you so much. Very nice clean place.

My muffler came off on my today dam car I drove to speedy and asked if there was a chance they could squeeze me in as I had alot more driving I still had to do and to my surprise they were able to get me in within an hour they spent maybe 30mins to fix and when all said and done they charged my next to nothing. I cant say everything would be this cheap but the costumer service and willing to fit me in for I would almost say profit loss but theese guys just won all my mechanic needs for the future ps they will fix your windshield free if you have the right type insurance

I have this stigma in my head that all garages are out to screw you and only care about making a profit. But at speedy it feels like they are genuinely looking to help and will be upfront with costs and fees.

We had brake problems on our car, I called @7: 30 am, got appointment for 10: 30! Efficient, friendly service, reasonable pricing!

I've used Speedy a few time now and appreciate their customer service. They do good work and I know management cares about the community. Thanks for the good service.

No complaints here. Prices are fair, staff are friendly, scheduling is flexible, and I haven't had any "surprises" yet.

Love these guys. They're honest, they stand behind their work and they're very customer-focused. I have never felt like I was getting taken for a ride in many years of using their shop.

I found this amazing team in 2017 when I moved back to Fredericton. Brock and the counter staff take care of their clients. Very accomodating and no surprises.

Tried to scam me a few years ago during an inspection by saying my front wheel bearings were worn out when they were brand new. I told them that, the mechanic walked back for awhile and then said they were just loose and they tightened them up for me. I asked what was loose, they said the bolts that hold the bearings onto the spindle, I then let them know that they were press in bearings. They had nothing to say then and passed the inspection, they were ready to rip apart the whole front of my car and charge me hundreds or thousands of dollars for literally zero reason. Hopefully they've gotten better since, I'll always be sour about that and been meaning to write a review forever.

I came in one day hoping they could repair my Tire that had a Nail inside, after driving from Moncton, with no Appointment I was in doubt. The Staff was Incredible, The Technician worked during lunch time to help out so I could be on my way, I was treated Very Good, I highly Recommend you take your Vehicle here. They got me an appointment last minute, on the same day! Wonderful, fast service. Also, their waiting room is great (free wifi, lots of outlets, coffee, water).

They're a little expensive but you can see why. Their building is clean and their staff is charismatic and able to explain the costs on your bill.
I came in for an oil change and a pressure wash underneath to remove ice buildup. I left with a bill for exactly that.

I chose to go to Speedy Auto based on all of the positive reviews I read, and I'm certainly glad I did! Kind staff, clean/comfy lounge area and great service. They are a very honest company, with competitive pricing. Thanks so much Speedy Auto!

Staff was friendly. Went with a squeaky brakes problem and left with the same squeak. Paid for new rear brakes, though, to pass my inspection.

My car's warranty was expiring so I decided to have another mechanic have a look at my car so I can then have all necessary work done should there be any at my dealer before the warranty expires. I decided to go with Speedy Auto based on reviews and how they take time to respond to every review they got. It goes to show how they value their customer by making sure of the customer's satisfaction.

Having told them about my purpose, I expected to get a thorough checklist of the items they checked, and the condition it is in. Instead I only got a general answer that the car is good, and that the brake pads appear to have been recently installed. I am not sure if they checked the suspension, transmission, spark plugs, etc which I assume they would. It would have been nice to be able to compare it with what my dealer says when I take it to them in a couple of weeks.

The customer lounge is comfortable and well equipped with coffee, water, tv, comfortable chairs. Most importantly the service supervisors are extremely helpful each step of the process. They offer information and suggestions that allow me to work in my budget. I always get an appointment quickly. I trust the work and service. Highly recommended.

Speedy does great work. The front staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The building is new and the waiting area is clean and spacious. Coffee and wifi are free while you wait. Local shuttle service is available at noon extra cost. Their technicians are thorough and attentive, and I haven't had then recommend any unnecessary work. I've taken all of our vehicles here for a number of years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!
