Spice Shop

I bought sweets last night from the store and cooler was open as the employee was cleaning it.i went in and pickup the sweets from the cooler and I am not sure how long it was open for but when i was there it was open more than 10 minutes. My mistake was i didn’t check it properly and trusted it should be good but was not. The time i bought it the store was about to close so i called them within the moment to tell them sweets were not good but call went to voicemail. Today i went there to show them that sweets were not good at all and smelling weird. But lady on cash register was not ready to listen me and was very argumentative and keep telling me that cooler was not open more than 5 minutes.overall they don’t have any understanding of customer service. If your customer is telling something was wrong with the product instead of fighting over it try to resolve it.
Finally i leave the sweets in the store as i don’t want to keep arguing over $14.00. She can keep it to herself.

It has been a couple years since I was at this store. Nice experience here today and it looks great after their renovation. Easy to access products on the racks and there's a good selection.

Good service friendly nature good quality and good tastes nice receiving it's a good quality all staff are looking decently and good clenyness it's a good food, taste every one should try these hotel.

Unlimited choice of Spice varieties were available here. One of the Best store available in the City.

An overpriced, and overated, store! It is understandable that it won't be cheap to get items from "some" of the different countries products this store offers, but still is so pricey! I've become a less consuming costumer due to so many price increases in the past year, I've found that the customer treatment has decreased too, it "used" to be a good place to shop but "for me" that has changed a bunch!

Today I went into the store with some friends to see if we found something interesting or ingredients from back home. After a while, we were approached by one of the employees, she asked us not to take pictures, which I understand since is not allowed, but we never did! My friend just reached his phone to check the time.

Anyway, she was very rude harrassing us through out the store. I'm not recommending the place anymore, and I'll just going in if I need something.

Most expensive Indian store in Moncton. Prices are sky rocketing with zero customer value. The owner’s attitude is buy or go to hell, I will sell goods with whatever price I feel like. Such arrogance! Everyone should boycott such an unnecessarily hiked store.

"Proudly" Selling Outdated stuff.

My roommate bought 1 kg kissan ketchup yesterday (15 March 2022). Checked the date at home and found the product was already expired a month ago.
