What else can I say about this business that hasn't already been said. I had an amazing experience purchasing a very special gift for a very special someone. The service I received from Sandra and Angela was beyond exceptional. I certainly did not make life easy on them and not knowing a lot about jewelry certainly presented its challenges but these two saints showcased a degree of patience and genuine care that was wildly above my expectations. I feel like I walked away with more than just a material possession, I walked away with a forever trusting relationship with two very special people.

Do not call or inquire into any other jeweler. If you live in or around the Fredericton area this is they only place to shop for your special somone.

My recent dealings with both the store manager and even worse, the store owner were disappointing to say the least. Rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this business.

Their new store on Woodstock road is breathtaking! Huge selection, and love the little pandora section, as I think they are the only ones in Fredericton who even sell pandora so it’s nice to see they have made a whole section dedicated to their jewelry and charms! The showroom is that fancy that I couldn’t figure out how to open the door but ended up having a good laugh with the staff about my struggle lol nice to see some of the OG’s (staff members) who followed them from regent mall to the new location

Steve and team are simply amazing! I lost the centre diamond of my engagement ring that was a family heirloom piece. Lots of attention, logistics and effort needed to restore. Steve went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. The team was super efficient, friendly and informative along the way. Customer service is exceptional and such a welcome experience in today’s weary world. Thank you, Steve and team! We are delighted with my ring. It is beautiful and looks better than ever!

Purchased a Tissot Heritage Visodate watch here in March, 2023. It was a Friday evening and the store was very quiet. I understand this location will be moving out of the mall. The interaction was friendly enough however, I believe if you spend decent money on a watch, the staff should, at a minimum, set the time and date (automatic watch) as a courtesy. For an authorized Tissot dealer, there wasn't much knowledge on the brand or accessories, such as straps. Just general feedback for consideration. Thank you.

Was in today to get a watch battery replaced, and left with a new watch on account of the fantastic customer service provided by Angela. Highly recommend, and cannot say enough good about that particular associate. Whatever she's getting paid, it isn't enough

I stopped in today to look at wedding bands and was waited on by Olivia. Wonderful experience! She knew exactly what I was looking for when I explained it. While I looked at the great selection, she offered to take my current rings and clean them. 100% recommend Spicer Cole, and if you can, wait until Olivia is working! I will definitely be back!

Great staff when you purchase a product; however, we are very unhappy with the lack of assistance to resolve an issue with a Tissot watch purchased here.

Stephen Cole provided excellence service. We went in to get our rings cleaned and he went above and beyond for us. We will definitely return in future for all our jewelry needs.

I went in as a completely knew customer, however, the staff treated me like family off the get go. I had a wonderful time talking to Nancy and her team, even had the pleasure to meet Steve and talk watches. Great store, great people, great time. Would highly recommend for all your jewelry needs.

I was into the Spicer Cole in the Fredricton mall, the person who helped us (said her name was Olivia) was so sweet, and nice. She could probably tell we were just looking around and having fun, despite that she talked with us and continued to show us things she figured we would like and she was 100% right, kept within a our “price range” and gave us her real opinions on stuff and still was kindly upselling! One of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in a jewelry store:)
