Sport Chek

A couple days ago, I went in looking for shoes that would fit my feet properly. While this isn't difficult for most, it is difficult for me because my feet are flat and wide. I had initially received help from an employee who knew a lot about flat footed shoes. He was instrumental in getting me to pay the $120 price (with the coupon) for the shoes, something I was not excited about. However, when we got to the front we found that the shoes were strangely exempt from the coupon. This was weird because they were not from any of the listed exempt companies. It turned out they were exempt because these shoes had a ". 00" price on them, making them "marquee" shoes. Not wanting to continue looking, since my friend was waiting and I had become annoyed, I apologized to the cashier for my sudden exit and left. After spending all of yesterday searching for shoes, I decided to return, bite the bullet, and pay the full price. The manager, Shawn, recognized me and helped me find the shoes again. Although he was overworked, he noticed that the same shoes (in a non-wide variation) were NOT marquee and that I should've been given the discounted price to begin with. He was kind enough to offer me the shoes at the discounted price even though the coupon had expired. With customer service like this, and employees who clearly know how to help me find what I need, I'll be back when the time comes to buy my next pair of shoes.

Good service also easy to find a staff member for service, and good selection. Bought a few things there over the years, just bought skates there this year and I am very happy with my purchase. Overall great store for sporting goods.

I would like to thank Tyler at Sports Check store in Dieppe NB. Bought Rain & Stain Repellent the other day. I called in December 13 and asked a question on how to use it on my boots. He said I'm not sure but I'll grab a can and asked my manager about it. Came back told me how to use it. He didn't make up a story like some people do. Told me how to apply it and if it doesn't work bring them in and will replace them. I told him I didn't buy them there. He said to contact that supplier and ask them about the boats on how to apply it.

It was okay experience the employee that was new said I could order to store but at the cash they said I couldn't. It would be nice if there was consistency but I understand he Is new I got them sent to my house.

I went to Champlain Mall location on the 17th and it was close to closing time. A few rude employees in a rude manner let me know that it is closing time and i need to leave. Guhan Karuppusamy was assisting me before the store closing time and he kept on assisting me eventhough the inventory information in the system was incorrect. Because a few different shoe i was looking for the system said they were there but they were not. I needed the shoe as well to walk out of the store in because my shoe failed me so i was wearing those slippers from the nail store on my feet. He was kind found me a shoe after all and patient. Even when the other employees were rude and a young lady followed me as if to be watching me. He just focused on his work and I found a shoe that i could wear. The reference number on my receipt is 663866380010010011 C. I do appreciate great service when i receive it and i tried to let it be known that the service was great because if it was bad i would voice it so why not voice the good. I don't know if this is where i should put this but i have been looking for somewhere to put it. Just want him to know i appreciate him.

Purchased sneakers online for in store pick up. After waiting a couple hours with no email to say it’s ready, I checked the original email that had a link to check status. Turns out they cancelled it at some point. Would have been great if they contacted me. Sour experience will have me choose another company in the future.

Good experience and very helpful staff, my only slight complaint is lack of in store stock of sizes, though their ability to order it in does slightly counter this, though it means you have to commit to buying before trying a size or seeing the full al product in person.

I would just like to thanks the girls who were working tonight at the Sports Check in Champlain mall as I was shopping there yesterday and lost my prescription glasses which I can not see without! They all took the time to keep them in lost and found and went out of there way to send me a picture of the ones that were found and they were mine! Thank yoj so very much girls!

Amazing service, got some great information for my footwear. Found insoles for the shoes I adored.

Had to stop by quickly today. It wasn't too busy. The staff came to me and helped me very well. In fact 3 customer associates offered help. Amazing staff. Awesome customer service. Kim and the team rocks.

Dropped in at the Champlain mall branch. They are following all covid 19 protocols. Store did not feel over crowded and staff where there to help you. Found what I was looking for and went through the checkout. Fast, friendly and efficient. Looking forward to shopping here again.

The young lady that was working in the Champlain Mall location the evening of Nov. 16 was very helpful. When she didn't have the size I was looking for she offered to order it in for me. Instead I got her to check my home location of Miramichi. She called Miramichi store and got them to hold the correct size until I could pick it up the next evening. Great job Moncton and Miramichi Sport Chek locations! Much appreciated!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I just wish there were more of them so that we didn't have to wait so long.

This is a good sized Sport Check located right in the C. F. Champlain Mall. It never seems too busy, and I have been able to get help when needed. There is a great selection of sporting gear, clothing and shoes. I do find there to be an absence of good discounts or clearance items whenever I have visited the store though, and consequently purchase somewhere else. There is a service shop at the rear of the store and a good variety of children’s sized items throughout. Worth checking out.

Stopped here during Christmas season. The store wasnt too busy but seemed understaffed. The workers were running around, the store was a mess and it was difficult to use their public washroom when I needed to. When I entered the washroom I was shocked. Let the photos speak for themselves.
