Fish ladder is open to the public, very interesting to walk directly over the flowing water. Couple of observation windows at the bottom. A short drive away is the view from down stream. A small one way bridge is outfitted with an observation deck. Glad we stopped!

Might be cooler if you are a fisher. If you are there when spawning occurs would be interesting to watch the fish navigate up.
