St. Louis Bar & Grill Fredericton

I've gone three times since it has opened, and each time the service has been exceptionally bad. If you eat in, expect to see your server once every forty minutes, if you're lucky. The food has been good to great all three times, but you're out of luck if you need anything else.

The food was delicious and our waitress was very sweet despite the fact that she was super busy. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the table of ladies next to us had stopped drinking an hour before.

Always a good atmosphere, great food at a great price and the service and workers are awesome.

Found it to be a bit too dark for our taste. Also, the food took way too long to get to us. I was told the rib sauce had a bit of a kick but it was so hot I had to clean it off to enjoy the ribs. Kids enjoyed the chicken fingers but overall not a place we will visit in the near future.

Had a lovely family dinner here. Our server was clearly extremely busy, but did everything in his power to make sure we were well taken care of and happy.

Waited a long time (30 minutes) to get any service, the nachos were way below par, stale chips and waaaay undercooked. Didn’t get basic condiments with order and took ketchup from another table. It was a Saturday night but they were below 50% full.

Bad service and even worse food.
This wasn't my first time here and I have never had good service but went with a friend and thought we would give it another try. We both ordered wings and sweet poatoe fries. After waiting a long time for food it came out cold, the sweet poatoe fries were mushy and not cooked, the wings had no sauce on them. Waited over 15 minutes for the waitress to come back for another drink and to ask how the food was when I told her about the food she did bring me a small cup of sauce which was to late anyways because by the time she came back with it we were done eating. Waited a long time for our bill. Nothing about this experience was a good one.

Great service. Wings are great. Wife had one of their fruit drinks and was tipsy by the end of it. She appreciated it for sure.

Will not order take out again was very disappointed they left out part of the order and when we had to go back to get it the items were cold.

My first and only visit here last night's experience would not be their everyday routine, I really hope not. Went to try all you can eat wings and it was somewhat unusual situation I was in. Not a single worker I saw last night was welcoming/smiling/friendly/nor were kind either. Drinks were coming out multiple times late, after we finished eating first round of wings we had to sit and wait over 10 mins to finally let them know we would like to order more wings. From there on we were able to order 4 wings at a time and the delays between the waiting to order more wings were brutal. Washroom was dirty and there was a big puddle on the floor, attempted to wash my hands with soap but it was empty. I wanted to let the manager know about it but I honestly think that they have one. Because if there was a manager, all workers would have been welcoming every single customer, checking out all customers if food and drinks are ok and what not when they were available, smiled when workers are interacting with customers, at least they should not make customers worried or concerned if workers were ok to work that day. As far as what I am concern, all workers were having a terrible day or maybe they did not want to work that day. Unfortunately everyone who has eyes and ears can see that. Not a big fan of place like this.

St. Louis Famous Wings Poutine is the best poutine you will get in fredericton I promise!
I get one on every special occasion it it never fails to make the night that much better.
Drinks, although a little pricey, taste and look amazing! I'm not a beer drinker but if you are they have something for anyone.

Worst nachos in town, but I will forever swear by their original garlic parm wings and fries. A little pricy but worth it.

Man food was on point and server was too. Food was fresh and delicious. Honestly was great and my wife thought so to.

Clearly everything is frozen from a bag, and like most chain restaurants the menu is way too large to facilitate quality control and consistency of the product. This location is large and has a great patio for the summer time. The service has always been friendly every time I have gone, even if it is later in the evening. It is in a prime location downtown and is within waling distance to the bar scene/music venues.

Emma from St Louis Fredericton is the person who keeps me coming back. Her service is out of this world! She went above and beyond during my visit on Valentine's Day. I entered the bar feeling lonely & left - thanks to her- feeling on top of the world. That requires intrapersonal skills beyond what I had expected from a server at a chain restaurant. She definitely deserves a raise! Thanks so much Emma for the amazing experience. It wouldn't have happened without you.

Stopped in for Happy Hour on Wednesday. Bonus - large wine for $5! Great sweet potato fries. We'll go back for beers on Thursday.

I went couple of times for dinner. I love their wings and their spice. It just kicks in. For anyone who loves spice should try their spicy wings. It's the best. Apart from this, their burgers and fries are great too

My fiance and I have made this St Louis location our go to place when we are in Fredericton as the food and service has been top notch every time! This night was extra special for us as I proposed to my partner and we were out to celebrate our new engagement. Our waitresss was aware of this and went well beyond our expectation to make us feel special. THANK YOU for continuing to prove to us why this will always be THE place we chose in Freddy!

Fredericton location - Terrible food. My wife and I went out on a date and saddly we had to walk out. We had gotten their signature nachos and well.saddly the cheese was dry like it was sitting and all the toppings were in a pile in the middle.not spread all over. Service was nice. The food did not say "pride". To bad because the, Moncton location was amazing!

Not good waitresses at all. Been here twice with free gift cards from them because the service was so bad. I can't keep coming here. Even if they cover it. Service is too bad

Great food and service. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Fredericton. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Quesadia. Grilled Chicken Tostada Salad, Ribs, wings. Fries were delish.

I had the triple decker clubhouse, did not care for it and will not order it again. Daughter had kids fish we have had fish here before and highly recommend it. Sister got the southern chicken wrap and found it extremely spicy, spoke with the waitress about it. The waitresses reply was "there's nothing in that to make it spicy " then just turned and walked away.

ZERO stars. Just terrible terrible food. Service was ok but they forgot half of out meal in the kitchen when I came out. We both got the beef dip. Bun was the most food that was on the plate. It was cold and I has 2 peices of meat and soggy onions that were suppose to be crispy. Some sort of sauce was on it and it was slime made tasted like feet. Poutine was not even great I can't even say the fries were good. And paid 60$ for it DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY

Horrible service sat over an hour waiting stopped a server at 40 minutes he brought us drinks than forgot completely about us

The service was great. We also lucked out that there was live entertainment. Unfortunately the food was not all the best. Nachos for app, all the toppings were on top, nothing in between and really dry.felt like wasn't cooked at all. Ribs and sweet potato fries. Ribs were overcooked and parts of it wasn't edible. Sweet potato fries where also overcooked, almost to a crisp. Usually St. Louis has great food in other locations. Be cautious on menu items.

My wife and I went here for the first time last night for supper. It has a great atmosphere, with lots of room and excellent service. If you are looking for a spot to have some drinks and watch sporting events, this is definitely the place to go. Huge screens in all directions covering several channels. As for the food, our meals were very good. We got the wing and rib platter and the club sandwich and fries. They may not be the best in the city but were very tasty. Some of the specialty drinks were delicious - Absolut vodka sparkler flight. Although parking is limited beside the restaurant, there are plenty of spots in the area. The patio area would also make a great spot for outdoor dining or a larger group. We'll certainly be back. Thanks.

My husband and one of our daughter ate there. We've been to the one in Moncton which is fabulous. We got garlic sticks as an appetizer. We all enjoyed them. I got the all Canadian burger. It was ok. Disappointing though as the burger was just a frozen box burger, it was so noticeable. My husband got wings in hot and fries. He wish he got a hotter sauce. But he enjoyed them. My daughter got the kids boneless wings. Good service by waitress.

Decided to check then out for Valentine's Day, while we got seated quickly, and our apps arrived quickly, a couple arrived after our apps did, they ordered their food, got their food, returned an item, got it replaced, ate that and had desert, before our entrees arrived. While the server was apologetic about it, she said there was nothing she could do as management had left for the day. Staff need to be empowered to resolve issues such as this.

When we arrived we waited 15-20 minutes after we were shown to pur table before someone came over to even say hello or take our drink order (by this time we were ready to order our whole meal). When the waitress arrived she didn't introduce herself but did apologize for the wait and offer an excuse that she "didn't realize this was her table now". We order drinks, appetizers, and our main courses. Food and drinks were prompt and delicious (kudos to the bar and kitchen), however when the appetizers arrived we realized that we had not been given cutlery or napkins so we attempted to get the attention or our waitress but to no avail. We ended up having to retrieve these items ourselves (which nobody seemed to notice). While eating I finished my first drink and set it to the side of the table in plain view and waited 15 minutes before our waitress came over and asked if I would like another (we had finished with our meals so I declined). To wrap, food is good and they have a good variety of beer (domestic and local craft) but unfortunately the service was so poor I cannot see myself returning.
