Thought I'd get ahead and order family photos for Christmas cards in early December. Week goes by and I haven't got any notification that they're ready. I order a few more for same day pick up so that I can at least get the cards going out of country out. Never get an email saying they're ready.

Next morning, I go to see if maybe the computer just didn't sent me an email and the girl working there is SO rude to me for coming in without an email saying they're ready. She goes to check while giving me the most attitude only to find them ready after all.

It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't heard a word about my other photos. I go in to see if maybe the email thing isn't working and those are ready too. Wait 40 minutes in line, and find out no, they are not. Sure am glad I saved an extra 3 cents to wait 2 weeks.

Add this to last year when the employee gave me attitude for coming in because I DID receive an email saying my order was ready when it wasn't as if that was my fault.

Bad customer service. Terrible turn around times. The picture quality is only average. Never ordering from Staples again.

Staff are rude. Asked whether there were any more tins available for the build-your-own crayon to pack, and was simply told “no”. No alternatives, no niceties, nothing.

Nice enough staff, and clean store. However, products sold in store should have products that relate to the former. For example, we were looking for AirTag protectors, which they don’t sell. But they do sell AirTags. Many will want these protectors, and will just take their business somewhere they can get the product and the corresponding accessories.

Hopefully, the staff here will soon be replaced by robots. They'll do a better job for sure.

Staples is my favorite store to get my business stuff. It is just sad walking in the Prospect Street Staples store and see how those workers are so "zombies" and by that I mean slow and boring.

Lots of selection and nice staff. The person at the mail counter today was very patient with my wife and I today.

While I went around browsing their surprisingly newly diverse selection of products, my wife was trying to figure out how to return something to Amazon. It wasn't a straightforward process and took some time, but the staff member was helpful each step and managed to get the product sent back.

At Staples, you can get everything you'd expect like all your school and office supplies in many varieties. Computers, printers, desks, chairs, lamps and more. There are printing and scanning services as well.

You can now also get Lego and backpacks and cameras and vlogging equipment. A pretty nice one stop shop kind of place.

I normally don't give 5 stars but when I do.they deserved it.
My Mom was looking to upgrade her computer and not knowing much about this or that about computers. Robert came to her rescue. Great customer service from this guy. He answered every question asked. Not only did Robert sell a computer, he also sold a monitor. Then tried to sell a desk but it was too big. If you're looking to buy a computer and have questions.go see Robert. I'm sure he will help you out.
Didn't get Robert's last name but he wore two rings, which my Mom asked about. One was a wolf and the other was a tree.
Give this guy a raise or promotion.he deserves it. Keep up the great customer service Robert.
And to top it off.he carried the purchases to our vehicle.

Called about a Cash Register, said it was in stock, drive two hour to get. Oh sorry sir, we don’t have any. Seriously! Thanks for wasting my day, and gas money

13th Wednesday Sept at 6ish/pm. Thinking I was going in there to have approx 17 pages to print double-sided and poof be gone, right!? I WASN'T! The young lady at the photocopying centre greets me with discouragement and says "I'm busy all nigh printing with no time for you" You'll have to go to the self-service/photocopying but we're out of paper WHAT? I'm at Staples with NO paper. I asked to see the manager and manager was upset with the young lady and added that the storeroom was packed with paper. Goody, I'll be out in a little less than 5min. NOPE. Before I was able to understand/figure out the phocopy, I stood there with my leg disabilities for 45min. I asked for help from the young lady she replied: It's a self service we can't help. These types of services are made for people who are not computer savvy or younger people trying to understand the high-tech photocopy, its tablette and payment methods. We were 7 people having issues.

Poor, poor service. The young lady was clearly overworked with no help around her.

This store is a joke and has been a joke for several years. The absolute worst service you could receive anywhere! I counted 10 staff in the store standing around talking and I couldn't get service. Done!

Went in to get something printed and see how it goes and it was pretty straight forward for the most part. Just be sure to tell them exactly what your trying to do and they will help with it. I did notice one employee getting frustrated with a other customer cause of a language barrier which was not a big deal but it could have been handled a bit better.

Great store with a variety selection of school and work supplies! Hoping they have the A/C in there in the summer and in winter warmer air bug not too warm. Today was a very good experience with the cash staff written by: Liam Van Stone

Very nice place to take photos for immugration. The lady attending was very nice, polite and patience. My wife did not like her photo and they repeated like five times. Always with a smile and ready to hear and help. Thank you!

Went looking for a budget printer on the website. Found an Epson for 100 and said it was in stock. It wasn't on the floor when we got to the store. We had to settle for an HP (last couple have died within a year) which was more expensive but they offered a extended 2 year plan. Shout out to Sean who helped us get the printer down from the wall. I really appreciate good customer service.

Terrible service. The guy in the computer dept was too busy talking to friends instead of helping me get a lap top. He walked right by me. I was also going to get office supplies but after being ignored I left the store. Went up the street to Best Buy and got a laptop there where the staff was awesome. Won’t go back to Staples store again. Will get my stuff online

Excellent service from Shadman. He was super patient with us, listened to our needs for a laptop, explained in full and in layman’s terms about several laptops. No pressure sales. We talked with him yesterday and went back today to buy from him. Highly recommend!

Lots of pretty much everything you need. One thing where they lacked was knowledgeable staff. Asked a young gentleman where a certain item was and the response was "I don't really know". Didn't even attempt to ask someone else.

Over 20 minutes of calling for curbside pickup in a freezing car and not so much as an answering machine to say they're busier than usual. They flat out just don't answer the phone.

If I could rate it fewer stars, I would.

Past experiences with Staples have been satisfactory, yet my latest was disappointing. I went to print, sign and scan documents. These processes are done at a work station which charges both by the minute and by the piece. The instruction placard in English was missing. I am computer literate but the process was not intuitive and riddled with glitches, disconnections and unresponsive buttons. It was difficult to get assistance from either of the two employees working at the print center as they were very busy. 6 pages and $18.00 later, I completed my job. Grossly over-priced for the 'service'. After the fact, I spoke with customer service and was promised a call back from a manager. That was days ago. I will look for another service provider for my future needs.

The staff at this location is extremely rude and not helpful at all. It took 3 tries to get someone to talk to me after the previous two basically told me it wasn’t their job to help and walked away. Even then there was no help. Unbelievably unprofessional. Should probably consider hiring some knowledgeable employees with better attitudes.
