I was really disappointed with the customer service here. I had ordered a laptop online that was in stock at the store, and was told it would be ready for pickup in two hours. I went in to the store the next day because I hadn't received an email telling me to pick up yet. Customer service said they had not received my order (although the money was taken from my card). Apparently, even though I ordered for store pickup, staples was going to ship another laptop to the store for me to pickup. Inconvenient situation and unhelpful staff.

Walked in needing a printer refill. I was looking for refilled cartridges that are cheaper than the brand new products. I asked staff after being unable to find. They told me they didn’t carry refilled cartridges and never have. I went and picked up a refilled cartridge and brought it to the staff who said they had no idea since it wasn’t their department. They said they didn’t know how to check if it was for my printer. The manager (I’m assuming) eventually came and told me it wasn’t and did nothing to help me find what I was looking for. I went back to searching for myself for 20 mins before I returned the old cartridge and left without what I was looking for

So staples has this printing and scanning option for very cheap prices and I was amazed to know that they have really high quality stuff.
For scanning they will be needing to scan the credit card only.

Wants to charge for warranties, but when returning because of malfunction, their warranty that we purchase doesn't apply.they say we need to go with company's warranty.

Great place for school and office supplies! Took some time to find the calculators, but almost everything is there that you may need.

Bought a office chair from this store and having issue tried to return due to back issue but the staff name Paul denied saying their is no issue and you cannot return. At the time of buying they gave me duplicate receipt and said this is not the original receipt. I told this is what they gave me at the time of buying. Worst experience ever had in staples trinity store. Never going to buy anything from that store again. Worst staff ever seen as they just don’t want to help anyone.

Great selection of office supplies and computer and tablet accessories. Phone accessories. Helpful staff. Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Quiet store compared to everywhere else. Today I was looking for a computer desk, the selection is very decent and price range for what you get is really good. I purchased one for $150 but there are some lower priced ones as well. An associate came over and help with locating the box and even helped bring it to my vehicle. My whole experience was great and I will definitely be returning. The desk I bought is also very sturdy with the metal framing.

Staples is a great place to actually try out office furniture, such as chairs before purchasing. They also often have good deals on school supplies. This location is also a shipping location for Purolator and FedEx.

Terrible service on Sunday. Associates walk away! Had to find product my self. There say look down that isle.

Terrible service. My wife was there today and needed help downloading some pictures from sd card for a project she is doing. The staff gave her no help. My wife left that store very frustrated and went to Stables on Main st where she was treated 5 star. The staff there was very helpful and took time to show her how to download pictures.

Looking for a chair, and was expecting to have to settle for less than what I wanted yet again (tall and heavy, and need chair with higher weight tolerance - hard to find). Employee offered me alternatives that I never new existed, and patiently made sure I was going to get both what I needed and wanted. Very positive experience.
