I was in the printing department self serve for over 2 and a half hours yesterday but the staff members working made it a memorable experience.despite being busyThey checked in on me multiple times and one even asked me if i wanted somethingfrom door dash since he was placing an order. The funny thing is that i saw entire thing from the man’s story below mine. It’s interesting that he left out the reason why the police were called, as he was the one abusing the little girl that was working and refusing to leave after being asked many times by staff.these people are making minimum wage and do not get paid enough to be treated so poorly.thank you mark for sticking up.for your co workers and for your above and beyond customer service

I'm here right now at Staples Rothesay Avenue asking for something so minor to be done which has been done to me before, and the staff refused to help me with it because they got other things to be done before 6pm and we are at 5: 00pm. Also they said they have other clients to serve. No one was there but a couple ahead of me. All that I wanted to do was to print 3 copies of a poster on a gloss paper. Even after they served all clients, they didn't do anything to me. I talked to the supervisor, and she was extremely rude and accused me of being rude because I reminded her that they are open to serving clients and because I asked her why exactly they wanted to serve other clients and refused to help me. She asked me to leave and called police to me.
Before police come, the supervisor with a name tag (Mark) said to me, "You need to learn how to speak to people. " I don't think that's something you want to hear your employees saying to your clients.

I went in to the Rothesay Ave location today, and Jess helped me with my iPad problem (the keyboard needed a battery). Jess was super helpful, patient, and remained so professional even tho there was a line of people forming behind me. Good employees are hard to find and keep. Jess needs a raise. A+

The quality of products is good.

The self serve printing service is too expensive and often print blank pages and charges for them and then there is no receipt provided and no customer service to issue returns. It’s a painful experience every time. Go to a local store like Print Three where the print quality exceeds expectations as well as the friendly/quick customer service.

The worst customer service ever experienced… 2 separate incidents in the same week with orders being lost yet being charged for, and having to wait several days to get orders done properly. Had similar situation last year and will never be ordering prints from this location again

The atmosphere is calm, and any supplies you need can be found quite easily. The employees are friendly and willing to help and their in store print area has everything you need to get your documents printed. No complaints.

Terrible print services hugest rip off and terrible customer service. Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else

I walked into Staples today and notieced 3 staff people standing around talking to each other. I stood there waiting for someone to notice me and ask if I needed help. Around 5 minutes finally someone asked if I needed help and when I explained what I needed I was told they could not help and not the right department. Therefore I continued waiting and again 2 staff member talking to each other in the right area again did not ask if I wanted help. I asked for what I needed done and because I said the service was not very good I got the cold shoulder! The girl asked if I wanted to speak to manager but was upset so declined.
Why would not the first person I spoke to not try to find someone to help with my request? The worse customer service I have received in a long time. Instead of trying to solve the problem which requires good customer service I walked away knowing I will not go to Staples in the near furture. No stars are to much!

Great service wasn't pushy like some sales people and helped me answer all my questions was perfect
