The service was not good.
Took 5 attempts before I was reimbursed.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service lady this morning (09/14). If she doesn’t like the job, please ask her to quit. Customer service means you have to help the customer and identify their needs. She just have one answer, that is ‘No, I can’t do it. Terrible service, staples should fire these kind of people in order to achieve a what they really want. Never coming back to this place.

I recently purchased a laptop from Staples, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at the store were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the options, and I found the perfect laptop for my needs. Not only did they have a wide variety of brands and models, but the prices were competitive too. The laptop is performing flawlessly, and I'm grateful for the seamless shopping experience at Staples.

Staples is a place where you can find some excellent offers if you want electronic devices. I usually buy the ink for my printer here, and sometimes I find valuable products you can not find in Best Buy. The staff is friendly in general, and they know about the products.

Always enjoy visiting my local Staples. On our latest trip my lively wife, Pat, needed to pick up a couple old video reels she had them transfer onto USB flash drives. Of course I volunteered to drive her and enter the store with Pat.
She also took care of a couple packages mailed at our address to previous tenants no longer living here, via a popular delivery service. Pat phoned ahead and Staples let her know they deal with the same company and would have them take care of redirecting the parcels.
While browsing we were surprised and delighted to discover they happen to carry ground coffee and fortunately carry the same product we use. Picked up a container.
I enjoyed looking at the various displays and checking out what's new.
Never get tired of this place. Love the variety of writing instruments, various paper selections and wandering their aisles simply browsing.
Plenty of available parking in the outside parking lot. Always clean inside with extremely hospitable employees.

I ordered something online to be picked up at the store.
To my surprise, I received an email the next day informing me that I was only given 2 days to pick it up. Since I live out of town I couldn't just go pick up my purchase that quickly. I did find a way but I won't be ordering from Staples again.

Good size. Good selection. Print department has been great. I’ve used them numerous times for binding printed workbooks. I would recommend to friends and family.

We were there looking at desks and chairs for more than a half hour and nobody approached to help us and nor could we find anyone to assist

I have always liked shopping at Staples for techie stuff and office supplies. The staff is helpful and prices are decent (they have great sales). They print my Christmas calendars for me every year and they always turn out great!

I feel like I've reviewed this staples before.but i had the best experience printing here. We also bought some bag locks for my hubs travel. The staff was very helpful

There are two staples in the Moncton region. This one is in walking distance of downtown and main shopping mall; good, central location. I looked for item online, which indicated the store had 2 in stock, but online stores tend to be wrong with such low amounts, so I phoned the store. The guy went looking for it, said he couldn't find it but he was going to ask for help, then 5 minutes later he said it was found. He put it aside for me, and I picked it up within an hour; the cash register attendant had it there. Quick and easy. In general, good variety of every office-type supply you could want. All employees were wearing masks during December 2020: the covid era.

Staff were so helpful they explained and showed me how to print pictures from my phone, didn't make me feel old or out of sync at all.

I went to photocopy some papers, I coughed, and someone in the store called the RCMP, thinking I was a threat. Thanks. Feeling very welcome

For the most part, I get everything I need for my home office at Staples. Their location is central and very easy to get to. Well stocked and good choices of variety of brands and price points.

I would say this is your standard fair staples experience (they do indeed have staples for sale at this location). However, I was greatly disappointed when I looked to the variety of screens throughout the store only to find advertisements displayed on them. It was a HUGE disappointment to see advertisements in the place of what could be family fun VHS films that have a way of finding a place in your heart. Would love to see this fixed.

Staples is OK I had some issues at time with the product bought there. Service is great though.

I ordered a laptop online to pick up at this location but the web shopping made it to be shipped at the location when I went there I talked to the online representative he could not help me for this probleme I had to wait but he did not leave it there

he went to get the Service manager Trish Hanley and the lady wentall the way to help me I ended up leaving with my laptop

this is what I call good customer service from her and her employee whi went all the way to please me and made sure I had my laptop when I needed it

with this good service I will aways to make sure I go there and get a good experience again from them

Bought a gaming laptop from here a few months ago and the person who helped me did a great job. The staff is always friendly here too.

Absolute horrible customer service in the copy center department.

Tried to get promotional pictures made and the website wasn't working, tried explaining how we could email them the pictures and have them done that way. They said it wasn't possible.

You could tell the employee was just lazy and didn't want to print and cut pictures.

Will be calling management.
