Recently, I went to purchase some ink for my printer. Received great service from the associate in the computer area. But as usual, it was met with the poor attitude of the full-time cashier. Makes you seem like you're bothering them by checking out. Only use staple if it's a last resort

In my opinion it deserves a 0 star ive waited more than 10 minutes for a employee to come see me and they were all on their cell phone? So i guess they are being payed to be on their cell phone.

I was very disappointed because an Apple Mac accessory that I purchased was secondhand and sold for new. When I got home with the product I noticed the packaged was taped with scotch tape and when I pulled the product out of the package I noticed scratches and paper crumpled. So I returned it the same day. In my opinion this is not right. I am ordering directly from Apple instead.
