It's not what it use to be pre-COVID. It is slowly becoming the MacDonalds of the coffee shops.

One of the best starbucks I have been to! The staff is always so lovely and the service is just on point. Love coming here every time I come to Dieppe <3

Got there 5 mins before closing and the guy who served me was still very nice! Nick made my experience super great very good employee!

Me and my girlfriend enjoy this Starbucks quite a bit since it’s near my school and it’s a very nice place to study together, the staff is friendly and the drinks and snacks are always good

If I could have given 10 stars I would for this review, not just for the food and service but for the above and beyond service! My wife at Christmas 2021 got me the Ontario mug from their Canada collection and needed the East Coast for my collection. I looked and all they had was the Canada mug and was going to have to try and find another Starbucks (we were visiting from Ontario). My wife suggested I speak with someone and I was introduced to Nadine the Manager. I explained what was going on and she got on her phone and tracked one for us about 10 mins away and she was able to get one on hold. Thank you so much Nadine for you outstanding Customer Service! The food and drinks on our order was just what we needed on that day!

As always too expensive but it's worth it not to have to deal with the lunkheads at Tim's for inferior food.

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employee (I dont want to mention her name) at the Starbucks, 361 Champlain St, Dieppe, NB E1A 1P2. I am partner so I know how customer connection works. You don't to be have to rude to me and ask a question about my work store license. I got my drink made wrong and I didn't complain because I was already late on my appointment. I felt so embarrased, a lot of customers are looking at me. I gave my partner card, I'd's and it matched with my name.

Got served by one of the rudest employee I've ever came across. Kyle. Management really needs to provide him with excessive training on customer service. Rolled his eyes at us, shrugged and everything, all because he had to remake a drink made with dairy which I cannot drink because I'm lactose intolerant. Didn't even remake it correctly, tasted awful for a 12$ drink.

I just loveeee going to Starbucks, especially on a bad day. The staff and wide variety of drinks always makes me feel better.

Went in drove thru at 8.all lights and everything on.waiting for a good 5 mins and no one came on the speaker.said hello but no answer.drove past the windows and two girls were sitting there talking.terrible service.

Starbucks is by far the best place to go, there always quick with their service, super friendly and if ever they do a mistake in your order they fix it immediately without any pushbacks like every other places plus they will let you keep the incorrect item so you can try that or give it to a co-worker like I did. Their Chicken & Double - Smoked Panini are amazing and love their Refresher Drinks the Very Berry or the Kiwi one are close #1 for me and their banana bread are delicious.

Too many cars in drive-thru with a small parking lot. We were waiting a long time for a regular hot chocolate, without whipping cream, but we received it with whipping cream. Sorry for their prices, we will not come back.

I love Starbucks *generally*. This location seems alright but they've definitely given me coffee instead of tea more than once

The server at the drive thru was very friendly. Unfortunately they messed up 1 order, and none of the Starbucks have caramel for one of their signature drinks. Which is also part of their "Star Rewards" offers.

Probably the slowest starbucks ever. They also never have any of the ingredients for the drinks I like.

Service wise, the best! Very nice person who served us! Couldn’t get her name, but it would be fun that employees were like that here in Quebec!

Disgusting.i ordered a soy milk latte with 1 shot of syrup and this is what i got.i only drank a few drinks before realizing what was at the bottom of the cup/ didnt drink the rest out of fear of getting sick.looks like they used extremely spoiled milk even though i asked for soy as well as way too much syrup.

Loved it! Has mine and my daughters favorite caramel drink and my puppy got her first pup cup from there! She loved it!

Stopped in and got a Pikes. My wife got the praline latte and she loved it. Will be back for another for sure I am told.

Really nice staff and usual ambiance you'd expect from SB's. Rarely too busy inside that it's not nice to stay there and relax even though I'm more of a take-out my drink kind of person. Also has an outside terrace, albeit small, and is one of the few places around on Champlain St.to have one as most fast food or coffee shops don't.

Toujours agréable prendre un petit moment à ce Starbuck pour lire et prendre un bon café. Si vous avez un petit creux à l'estomac, vous pouvez aussi y retrouver de delicieux sandwichs.

Nice clean rooms, staff is great and helpful. Room service and restaurant food is good, also in walking distance of great restaurants and bars.

It's a Starbucks.great ambiance and great taste. A bit pricy, specially if you're a student or on a tight budget.

Quick service but one of the staff was very rude. You go places like this to feel good and have something you like. But the bad experience ruins your whole day and you don't feel like going back.

I love Starbucks but this place has to be one of the worst ones for being organization and order accuracy. Even when they realize they have messed up there is never an offer to remake the drink. Even though main st moncton is 50 times more busy they know their stuff and always offer to remake your coffee if they mess up. It's the little things that matter.

Great staff. Really enjoy that location. Kerrington is the best. Great smile and very nice. She makes going there a pleasure.

I know the smell of coffee is same at all branches. But I still love the mocha here and love to spend some time.

An amazing atmosphere to work, but the windows are way too big and the sunshine always distracts. Needs more non-natural light, and the blinds should be shut more. The product is AMAZING, although I'm not the fan of coffee this is the only place I know they make it good. They don't misspell your name as often in this exact location too:)

We usually go to the Starbucks at least once a week on Sundays. Really like the vibe. The music is great. The coffee of course is Starbucks. Good location.

Friendly, fast service and they've yet to get my order wrong. It's a few cents more expensive than some other coffee houses.but always worth it.
