The service is top-notch - but, be warned. This location is (seemingly) always very busy and you need to embrace the reality that you will not be in and out quickly unless you preorder on the app. The staff really do try their best to get orders out quickly so, please, be gracious with them if you have to wait.

Staff is always wonderful but you are looking at a minimum 10 min wait for your drink. Mobile orders seem to get priority even when no one is there to pick it up and there is a bunch of customers milling around and waiting for their order they placed at the counter (this is nothing to do with staff, management/corporate would be coming up with and enforcing this rule, so its not the staff's fault). Also, most Starbucks locations offer lots of seating as well but this one was newly renovated and now it's mostly a big open echoing standing space to wait for your order. Only three tables pushed against one wall, despite all the room. It feels pretty obvious this location doesn't want customers to stick around long.

My favourite Starbucks in the city. Super central, quick drive-thru, always friendly. Going inside is a bit of an ordeal because it’s always really busy but the drive-thru is awesome.

Worst starbucks experience ever! Got my 2 cream americano in room temperature and they blamed the extra cream? ! They replaced my drink and 2nd one was even colder? No whipped cream on extra whipped cream psl.

I love this Starbucks. Staff are always nice and helpful. I have never had a drink not made to perfection. And the food always taste great.

Fast and very efficient employees with positive attitudes. Im here usually four out of five days Monday-Friday before the renovations. This is now the fourth drink that was nowhere near full. Today I had take-out and it only took eight minutes to get to work to find out it wasn't full and that the whip cream melted. $7 for a drink that is only half filled?

I am officially done with Star Bucks. Almost $7.50 for a Venti white chocolate mocha? I order the drink which comes with whip cream and they ask me if I want it (it's supposed to come with it) Yet they don't put it on after I said yes.

So much ice even if you ask for light ice it’s still almost filled with ice. I’ve tried drive thru, mobile ordering, and going in to order to try and get just a light amount of ice and it’s still almost full every time. Last time I just straight up asked for no ice because I was so tired of paying $7 for a cup of ice that only holds a couple sips of the actual drink you want, and even then it looked/tasted like they didn’t put any coconut milk in at all (I get the Dragon Drink).

Only come to this location if you have 2 hours to wait in the drive thru line. I had to cancel a booster appointment because I waited for 45 minutes for a latte. Had I known, I wouldn’t have gotten in line.

Worst experience at any Starbucks I have ever had.
I ordered my drink at 11: 13. It is now 11: 43 and JUST got my drink. Ontop of that it’s not even filled up to the top. The order ahead wasn’t available so I couldn’t order ahead or else I would have although I doubt that would have helped

Used mobile order. Waited 20 mins in the store for my drink while my breakfast sandwich was ready when I arrived. Won't be back.

Consistently mess up my order. My go to drink is a hot chocolate, I can't drink coffee. For the past 3 days in a row, I've been given a mocha instead of a hot chocolate. This isn't a new problem either. It happens every year when they release their winter/holiday drinks. I start adding in extra time to my coffee run expecting to have to wait for it to be remade.

I worry about what other mistakes they're making. A hot chocolate vs mocha is easy to tell that it's wrong. But what about dairy vs non-dairy? Full sugar vs reduced sugar? These mistakes could really harm someone and make them seriously sick.

Every time I bring it up they blame it on being busy. Which, this location is always very busy. But they need to schedule more staff per shift or something, because these mistakes can really hurt someone.

By far the slowest place to get a simple coffee or hot drink. Waiting 25 mins in the store to get one drink is not worth it, quicker and easier to buy the stuff and make it yourself at home.

Update: it’s been 35 minutes and still haven’t gotten our drink.

Waited 30 mins for a Macchiato and ended up leaving without it. Watched 6 people leave without their orders and 2 bring orders back with mistakes. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately not for me. My experience with staff was friendly and only my take, but there seemed to be more stress behind the counter mixing/ creating and completing the orders as fast as they possibly could. Not having worked in this type of atmosphere my hat goes out to the staff. As for my order, one coffee order was wrong, one didn't have the apple flavor I was expecting simply tasted like cold coffee and the lemon loaf.well the lemon loaf was really good wish I knew where they buy it.as for the prices of everything, in general I found the prices to be a bit too high for me. Sorry folks it just wasn't for me.aside from the lemon loaf.

Very very slow service! Takes forever to get your order at the drive through. There is always at least 20 cars in the drive through line up. Make sure your not in a hurry when visiting.

Spent 20 minutes to get an ice coffee. Everyone behind me received their coffee. Everyone in front of me received their coffee. Only one other lady was waiting equally as long. It’s literally a black coffee with ice. And they didn’t even speak loud enough for anyone to hear their drink. Also, get rid of mobile orders. It actually significantly drives down efficiency of the service the workers are able to provide.

Every time I come here I try to give the staff the benefit of the doubt- it’s Starbucks it’s busy. But every time you go to this location I don’t understand the constant confusion. There is always so much staff working, but it doesn’t seem to matter if your in the drive thru, in store or mobile order the service is still the same. I just don’t get it. It’s coffee, not rocket science. It’s basic customer service, not rocket science.

The girls were nice but that only goes so far.the drinks were poorly made and when i asked them to wipe down our table they forgot and when i reminded them they took so long it practically didn’t even matter.keeping the their location sanitary should be a priority.

This Starbucks is quite slow and often misses things from your order. I feel like they need to prepare more for the morning rush because even if you order ahead there’s a huge chance you’ll still be waiting when you arrive.

Most of the staff is wonderful but there is this one lady how is very lazy when making our drinks.
She is very tall and doesn’t wear a name tag.
It is to the point where if i go in and see her working i go to a different location.

Pretty slow service, orders are right 50% of the time or the drinks are poorly made. Not sure if they’re doing training or something all the time but would suggest local places over this any day.

Decent! It was busy and I waited a few extra minutes for my drink, but the drive thru was lined and so was the lobby. The employees were a bit stressed as there was only maybe 6-7 people working but we still got our drinks on time and the service was professional!

I placed an order at 12: 55 on the mobile app for pickup in store as the drivethru line up looked quite long. I waited for OVER 35 MINS for my order. If I had done drive thru, it literally would have been faster. I understand being busy (nothing against the staff as they do their best) but maybe look at making your app more accurate so people know not to wait in your crowded store, with no seating, for such an extended period of time.

There seems to be a huge turnover in the staff, as there's always a new person taking my order it seems like. As a result, the drinks are incredibly inconsistent, to the point that I've given up complaining or trying to get them remade. Vanilla frappucino, chestnut praline latte, creme brulee lattte all tasted weaker and less creamy/sweet than they should. Whipped cream disappeared before I even got to the car with my beverage. But today i ordered a long standing favorite- matcha latte and wow, 5 min later it looked and tasted like somewhat of a zombie apocalypse movie. Clearly not mixed in right at all. As inconvenient as it is, I'm going to start going downtown instead where they actually care about making quality drinks and not just try to throw it together ti get you out the door faster (mind you, it still takes 15+ min on average to get my drink)

There is always an issue with the drive thru, when it's open it's great, lately a lot of the times it has been closed. Other than that service is great.

They are very slow and I have never experienced such a poor service in other Starbucks locations
