Starbucks

Drive thru, I ordered a dark roast coffee (very favourable), my wife got the pumpkin latte and she really liked it as well. Kind of expensive since I'm used to Tims. But I must say it was a great coffee.

Stopped in as the Christmas drinks are, my wife's favorite. Was bust inside and out, so we did yhe drive through. It was a very long wait.the staff was still very good, they still took the time to offer a treat with our ok. Coffees were hot and tasty. Slowness caused by short staffed, the plaque of everything these days.

9 am on a Sunday morning. First time back at Starbucks in almost a year. Ordered 2 vanilla bean cold brews. We’re told they were out of cold brew. Instead of offering a solution, they just offered me more time to get something else. I asked for ice coffee with milk. When I got to the cash, the cashier wouldn’t acknowledge me. Got
My drinks. Left no tip. Watched her look at the receipt and act appalled that there was no tip. Got back on the highway to take drink and find out they added sugar to the drink as well. Useless.

I love this Starbucks! I know it gets super stressful especially on the weekends. You can’t expect very fast service like Tim Hortons or McDonald’s because nothings made my machine, just by humans. I’ve been in the cafe and have heard people bad mouth the people working and I just have to say shame on you. Why don’t you go behind the counter and try to work. It looks hard! What would Jesus think if he heard you swearing and yelling no matter how long it takes to make drinks. There’s over 30 people in cafe! Thank you to everyone who works there whenever I come in from Bathurst you are all so lovely.

Drink was really good ad the paradis and my gf got one of the espresso drinks. Service was good! Nothing to complain about the sandwish was super good!

Anytime I go it’s closing early during regular business hours. I’ve gone 4 times and 3 of the times I sat in drive thru for a while before someone said sorry were closing early today and can’t serve you.

It's a Starbucks that just been done launch in a region with no Starbucks. They got busy for a while.
It's also a Cafe so focus gotta shift.

Coming from a coffee shop worker. Please understand and give them time to learn. Everyone makes mistakes. As time goes on I'm sure they will improve

It takes a little long getting your order. Was in the drive thru for 30 minutes today, but overall they make great coffee and drinks.

Zero stars! Took an hour to receive our iced coffees, clearly the worst starbucks I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Staff is very nice and helpful.
Miss things like protein boxes I was able to buy in Toronto.
