I don't often eat their food, but if you have a chance, try their cranberry bliss bars around Christmas!

This starbucks is very touch and go. You always have to wait 30+ minutes no matter how you try to pay (mobile order, drive through etc). It's outrageous enough to pay 7$ for a coffee but then to wait 30 minutes for it. Was just in and it was complete an unorganized chaos.was told yeah they're busy. I see that but I also see the lack of organization.just go to the second cup 2 minutes down the road and save yourself time and frustration.

It's a pretty generic Starbucks in a terrible convenient location, meaning it's almost always packed inside and out.

Staff was friendly and tables were clean as you can expect with 30+ people inside.

Be sure to use the lights if you need to turn left from the parking lot, else you'll be waiting quite a while.

Gross and disgusting location, seen alot of flies, dirty sticky tables, dirty floor stains and napkins. Also boxes of product stored in the customer area.

My usual passion fruit iced tea with lemonade comes in different colours and tastes 3 out 5 times. I get the best and what I wanted if I'm lucky to find someone listening to me.

I've never actually been inside this location until today but the barista Matt was amazing. I had a 2 mobile orders both meant to be for pick up but accidentally put one as drive thru. When I asked him if i could get the drive thru one and asked what it was, when to get it and then looked through his systems to make sure it was there and he told me to have a nice day with a big smile. Even used my name. So thank you Matt for the great service, keep it up.

This location is one of the worst I’ve been to. I have been here several times for this particular drink each time they made it wrong. It is severely under filled and not the right consistency. The other locations I’ve been to have made it perfect being filled properly. Each time I go here my name is not spelled right or not even my name, when I ask for double blended it is a liquid. (double blended is supposed to be a slushy consistency). In conclusion I would not go here again after the amount of times it has made my order wrong.

Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru with 8 cars ahead of me which I do not consider busy. I have been to other Starbucks. This is ridiculous. FIX IT!

UPDATE:
Attempted to go back again and the experience was beyond disappointing. Don't waste your time in the drive-thru if possible, it has gotten even worse.

I asked the "new manager" about when the order ahead app options would finally be resolved.she informed me that my personal app is choosing to turn off my these options. Seems my app has a literal mind of its own!

Simply avoid this location.

Inconsistent. App is never accurate. Ever.
Drinks vary on sugar levels depending on which barista is working, not your requested order.
Most staff are friendly yet wildly unprofessional in other moments.
Will be driving out of my way to another location when possible or make a cup of joe at home.
The price of Starbucks these days just isn't worth it.

Last few months were my first time experiencing starbucks and the staff are always amazing and kind, first ever experience here was a staff member (I cannot remember his name sadly) trying to help suggest a drink for me to try based on my preferences. There's a lot of customization for drinks here so I always get confused what is what but the staff are super understanding each time incase I got something wrong or said something wrong when I order.:)
Also love to see staff laughing and being themselves when walking in too!

Horrible customer service from the afternoon staff. I ordered a simple coffee with 2 cream and they messed it up. I received a burnt, brown coloured coffee that was too watery. I politely asked them to redo it and got a bunch of attitude.

The redos were worse than the first one. Not going back to this location in the afternoon. However, the morning staff is usually excellent. I recommend the Jitterbean cafe down the street if its afternoon. Order a coffee with cream and you'll recieve a nice tan coloured coffee as it should be, not some dirty puddle water.

$2 for a small coffee that's perfectly brewed at Jitterbean versus an overpriced cup of coffee from starbucks that is disgusting, dirty dishwater. Either go in the morning when some of the competent staff is working or go to the Jitterbean or Tim Hortons and save yourself the trouble and the extra money.

The staff is awesome.but I went there today for the same drink that I order and one of the drinks was because it's supposed to be hot and it was cold or a room temperature it seemed like they didn't even stemmed the milk wow I was disappointed

When I met Mindy she really set the tone and good service good people good personalities almost makes me want to work there myself.
