Subway

Since they added the Door Dashing with the store location the service in store has become subpar at best.
All mobile orders are treated with priority over people in the store.
I got into subway and was told they had three mobile orders ahead of me, that's fine they were started ahead of my arrival.three more orders came in not only after I had been standing there for a lengthy time, but another customer had been there as well.
Then to only be told that all Door Dash orders are treated like customers in the store and take priority. So I left the store, and most likely wont be going back if this is their new standard practice of customer service.

Literally the Worse subways I’ve ever gotten from a subway! Don’t waste your money take the 10 minute drive to Fredricton. The sub was made terribly. The bread was soggy! The bacon was literally pink. I’m beyond disappointed. 30 dollars for 2 subs …. Just to eat wet bread. No sauce. The Amount of cheese could make your throw up. Learn how to make proper subs please. Not everyone can afford to waste food. I’ll never return again. Terrible.

Will the new renos they have become very slow and seem to fight with each other in front of customers. Yikes

The Subway app is absolutely junk. You can't adjust what goes in your sandwich, which is the whole point of Subway.

Dissapointed, the 3.69 cookie drink combo, that not labelled on the menu as anything but; is not a combo, this is false advertisement.

Some staff tried to find out more but were shutdown because "It's obviously part of the meal deal. "

Subs no longer under 10$, this will be a business that will fail under this inflation.

I go here atleast one a month and tonight was awful. The kid kept apologizing saying how tired he was. We got 2 6" when one was suppose to be a footlong. One sub had way too much sauce, the other didn't have any cheese when it was suppose to have extra. I feel bad for the kid but this is not acceptable in a service. Will avoid weekend crew and drive thru in the future.

Me and my family went there to get supper and their were only two workers there with 6 costumers. My sandwich was Burt to a crisp and they had bacon inside of the cheese. If you want subway go to Fredericton

Went there to get 2 footlongs. There were 4 employees. It was not busy, 3 cars in drive through. Even if each car ordered 3 subs. One staff was making my subs, 2 staff were doing drive through. Fine. But the 4th staff was doing who knows in the back. While a lady waited and waited behind me to be served. They didnt even acknowledge her. Nobody asked the 4th staff in the back to come help. They had ample time to serve her. But didn't. She left! My subs were tasty. But God awful customer service! Good lord.

Went in for a 6inch Italian herb and cheese. Everything inside was good, but I’ve never gotten the sub I got tonight. Not sure if they had it mixed up with another, but I wanted the Italian herb and garlic cheese sub.

Worst subway, they are lucky they have no competition in oromocto, 1/2 the time i order from the drive thru, i get the wrong order

I just went to this subway and I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but who ever was working the drive through was incredibly friendly and just made me smile the whole order! Definitely coming back! (Tuesday, November 22 8pm)
